Chapter 7

VIRGO'S POV

What are we doing now? Our teacher has just called us out to the courtyard, and I'm already dreading what we're about to do.

As we near closer to her, I notice her holding blue and red shirts and a soccer ball.

"Kill me now! " I tell dramatically.

"It's just soccer Virgo, chill out! " Cancer rolls his eyes.

"No I'm not going to chill out, you know I hate sports. I'm not athletic enough for that shit."

"You don't have to be athletic, we are just a bunch of high schoolers. "

"As long as I'm on the winning team, I'll be fine."

"We'll be splitting up teams to play soccer! Wooh hoo! " She cheers expecting us to get excited, it doesn't work. I swear I could hear actual crickets.

"Anyways, I'll pick from a hat one by one."

She then starts to do so, one by one people are sorted into their teams. I cross my fingers hoping I'll be on a team with Aries, Taurus, or Sag, they are the best at soccer.

Just because I said I didn't like playing,  doesn't mean I'm ok with losing. I HATE LOSING.

"Virgo! Team blue. "

I let out a sigh of relief.

"Get ready to lose bitches! " I yell at the other team.

"Language Virgo! " I just whisper sorry. I can see Cancer on the other team rolling his eyes.

My team had 2 of the best players, thank god!

Blue team: Taurus, Aries, me, Leo, Pisces, and libra.

Red team: Sagittarius, Scorpio, cancer, Gemini, Cap, and Aquarius.

We all got into position, then the battle began!

SAGITTARIUS' POV

My team is not the best, but I'm fine carrying the weight myself.

I love soccer. My parents put me in it because I was " An energetic child" And it was a way for me to blow off steam. But I learned to love it and it really does help me let out my extra energy.

As soon as the whistle blows I see the ball be kicked by Taurus. I had to admit she was a good player. But not as good as me. I run towards her stealing the ball and running across the field with it.

Aries starts to run towards me, blocking my way to the goal.

"Hey, Sagittarius, over here." I hear Scorpio yell

I quickly pass it to him and he runs it to the goal kicking it straight in.

"Yesss! " I scream.

Maybe I have another good person on my team. We might be able to win this.

"Just pass it to me if you get stuck, I think I'll be able to get through the defense. Also, Virgo is a horrible goalie so that's pretty easy." Scorpio whispers to me before we start the next round. I nod then go to my position.

The ball gets kicked high in the air but Aries hits it with his head over to Taurus.

She runs it past me heading towards the goal just as I'm about to reach her, she manages to kick it straight into the goal.

"Dammit! "

"You should be a little faster next time. " She smirks as she walks past me.

The way id like to smack that smirk off her face.

We've always been competitive when it comes to soccer or well any sport. It kind of brings out our inner bitch.

SCORPIO'S POV

"The score is 9 to 9 everyone, next point wins! " Our teacher yells.

Now I'm really hyped up. I'm not usually that into sports, I mean I like playing, but I'm not usually this competitive about it.

But both Aries and Taurus have this shit-eating grin on their faces and I just want that gone soo, I'm determined to win.

"Ready to lose, Handsome?" Taurus asks with a smirk on her face.

"I should be asking you that." She just chuckles.

Once the whistle blows, we fight for the ball, every time, I think I have it she kicks it from my feet.

Just as I'm about to start running with the ball, she tries to get the ball one more time but ends up making us both trip.

She ends up landing right on top of me.
It hurt but I was more distracted by the closeness of our faces.

"Oops." She mumbles smiling. "Are you ok? " She asks.

"I think trying to distract the other team member counts as a foul. " I whisper with a smirk.

She just rolls her eyes before getting off me then lending her hand out to help me up.

"Are you okay? Did I hurt you?" she asks worriedly

"I'm happy I could break your fall." I say sarcastically

"I appreciate it very much." She laughs

"Goalll! " I hear Sag yell as she makes the final goal for us to win the game.

Taurus just frowns.

"Dammit!"

"Better luck next time, clumsy." I say before walking past her.

"Don't get too cocky, I'll beat you next time I promise! " I just smile at her anger.

All the others except for Taurus and Aries cheer even the ones from the other team.

"We didn't do shit, but I'm still happy our team won! " Aquarius yells. Making everyone laugh.

So I guess I found a new found love for playing soccer and........annoying Taurus.

PISCES' POV

"I AM SO FUCKING SORE! " I say dramatically flopping onto my bed.

"No offense man but you didn't even do anything out there." Scorpio laughs.

"I'm a basketball player, not a soccer player. " I defend.

"Oh, you play basketball?"

"I don't actually like playing though."

"Why not? "

"Well I'm kind of being forced by my dad, I'd much rather be an artist than an athlete. But of course, my dad thinks that's a stupid idea." I say with a little frustration. It's annoying being forced to do something you don't want to do.

"I'm sorry man, that sounds tough. I can understand how that can be frustrating for you."

"Thank you for listening to me. Honestly, I haven't had anyone to talk about this with for a while, it feels nice to get it off my chest."

"No problem, we're roommates now, we can talk about it whenever you want. "

We are suddenly interrupted by Virgo barging in. 

"Hello hello, all of us are going to hang out at our dorm if you want to come. "

"Sure," Scorpio and I say in unison.

When we walk into the dorm, the guys are dancing around some of them even have beer bottles in their hands.

Boarding school is way different from what I expected, but I'm not complaining.
