I'm now 8 months and it's our time for court for custody over Daisy. Steve's coming with me as well as the rest of the team. I need to get ready. I put on a red dress with block heels and loosely curl my hair and light make up. Steve walks over and wraps his arms around me. "No judge in their right mind would give full custody to Josh, he doesn't need it. Daisy needs her mommy" said Steve. I turn in his arms. "I know but what if the judge does?" I ask. "We fight for her again and again till we win. Baby, I am an Avenger, they would be stupid to not have her in your custody, she would be the most protected child in the world" said Steve. I kiss  him. "I love you, Steve" I said. "I love you too" said Steve. 

My cousin, Betty is going to babysit Daisy for us. We get in the car and drive to the court house. We go inside and sit down. The judge comes in, we stand. "All may be seated" said the officer. We sit down and the judge looks at us. "Josh Carter wants full custody over Daisy, Mr. Carter if you may step up to give your reasons" said Judge Jack. Josh goes to the stand and sits. 

"My ex-wife cheated on me and got pregnant with a baby but that is not the only reason, she works with the Avengers, SHIELD. She could have enemies and they could kidnap Daisy" said Josh. He goes to sit down. "Miss. Nelson to the stand" said Judge Jack. I go up and sit down. "What is your job like with the Avengers?" asked Judge Jack. "To be honest, I don't go on many missions like the top Avengers. Mainly because I am skilled in combat, gun and knife skills. I can also hack. I joined the Avengers as a normal agent like Clint Barton and Natasha Romanoff. I am usually used for hacking and with that, I can stay behind most of the time." I said. "Do you have enemies?" asked Judge Jack. "I do not know, your honour. I have never actually met someone who would hate me that much. To be honest, my only enemy in my mind is Josh Carters parents. They always told me how bad of a mother I am for still working. I am a woman who wants to work and protect my child. I always make sure Daisy is safe. If I do happen to go on a mission, SHIELD has kept Daisy off my record. On my record I have nothing about having a daughter, the same goes with Clint Barton. No one knows his family or where they are. SHIELD promised me when I started that if I had any children, they'd never mention it until the child is old enough to join SHIELD for whatever the reasons" I said. "Your relationship with Mr. Rogers, explain" said Judge Jack. "We were good friends when I joined the Avengers and well, Josh wanted to control my every move and Steve thought it was horrendous that me, an independent woman had a man try to control me. With that being said, we never meant to sleep together at a tie or get pregnant. It just happened, Josh was never there for me. If I had a mission, he'd complain and that was before I had Daisy. He knows Daisy would be safe with me. SHIELD also mentioned to me that if I were ever to lose my daughter in a custody battle, they wouldn't be able to keep her safe and with that being said, if I have an enemy, they'd be sure to find out if I had a daughter" I said. "OK, you may step down. Your longest best friend, Laura Barton is here" said Judge Jack. I go sit down and sigh. Laura sits down and looks at me.

"Mrs. Barton, you and Miss. Nelson have been friends since high school" said Judge Jack. "Yeah, we have." said Laura. "What did you think of her and Mr. Carter's relationship?" asked Judge Jack. "I thought he was nice, since they began dating to they got married, he loved her. As soon as they got married, that was an issue. Elliana would call me and tell me about how his trying to get her to quit. He even went as far as putting holes into condoms, thinking if he got her pregnant, she'd quit for good. After she had Daisy and had time off, she went back. She bought Daisy with her and she stayed in her office all the time with Daisy. She is the best mom a kid could have. She makes sure Daisy has fun, is looked after, has a happy childhood. She knows about being a daughter of SHIELD agents, her parents are retired SHIELD agents. It's a family tradition to be a SHIELD member. When I met and married Clint, Elliana was the one who helped me out when he went on missions. She was incredible. She always had a smile on her face. She is the best mom" said Laura. "OK we have one more from Miss. Nelsons side. Tony Stark" said Judge Jack. I look at Steve. He shrugged. Tony came and sat down. "So, Mr. Stark, tell me about Miss. Nelson" said Judge Jack. "Simple. She is one hell of a mother to Daisy. When I see her and Daisy together, their always smiling. Now answer me this, Judge Jack. Why should Josh get full custody? He has never been left alone with Daisy and I have proof he has an entire other family out there. His girlfriend, Jenna and 2 year old, Kayden Lee Carter. He has been cheating on Elliana for years and why should he get Daisy" said Tony. 

Tony walks towards the seats and sits down. Then Josh has some friends talk about him. I can't believe he was cheating on me. Tony leans over. "Don't worry, I sent you all the proof" said Tony. I nod and thank him. "This isn't easy on me but from what I have heard, is that I don't think working for a dangerous spy agency is good enough for a young girl at 3 years old. Full custody goes to Josh Carter" said Judge Jack. He slams his hammer thing and leaves. Josh walks over. "I will follow you home for MY daughter" said Josh. I cry and we walk out. "We will fight this. Tony is on it" said Steve. Bucky walks over. "I'm sorry, Elliana" said Bucky. I nod and we drive home. We go inside with josh and he takes Daisy. 

I sit down and cry into Steve's arms. "That bastard did something" I said, sobbing. "I know he did, no way would he get full custody over you" said Steve. "I'm calm, it's not good for Hudson" I said, wiping my tears. "We will get her back" said Steve. "I know." I said. "Don't worry, Tony is on it but Bucky looked confused back there. Maybe he can help" said Steve. I nod and we order pizza. We watch movies and go to bed 11. 

I lost my daughter to that scumbag.

Will they be able to get Daisy back?
