It's 3 months later and well, we got all the evidence we need to get him convicted and for full custody over Daisy come to me. I rub my face and go get ready for court. I have a shower and when I step out, dry myself and get dressed. I slide on a red dress, tights and boots. I slide on a denim jacket. I loosely curl my hair and do light make up, I go spot Steve, his in a suit and has Hudson in a suit. I laugh and kiss him. "Your both adorable" I said.

We have cereal and coffee. Once we finish, we head to court. I hug Steve and mum comes over. "I'll hold Hudson" said mum. I nod and hand her Hudson. She smiles and kisses his cheek. I sigh and we go sit down. Josh is frowning. Judge Rachel walks in. "I'm sorry, but we are going to start right now. James Buchanan Barnes to the stand" said Rachel. I sigh and our lawyer stands up. 

"So, you and Mr. Fury were looking into Josh Carter, why?" asked Luke. "Basically, he looked familiar to me, which is surprising because of who I used to be but then I had a nightmare.... more like a memory when I was asleep. He is the second winter soldier made after me, before I left HYDRA, Josh was going to spy for HYDRA in SHIELD. So, I checked further into him. Apparently he had a plan if Miss. Nelson were to divorce him, full custody over Daisy. Other than that, I have no more ideas. They blocked me after they figured someone was watching them." said Bucky. Bucky steps down and Fury steps up. "When did you discover Josh was HYDRA?" asked Luke. "Barnes told me and at first I was shocked but then it clicked, Miss. Nelson always told me that her husband hated SHIELD and now, I'm not surprised. I knew at the back of my head why should we trust him but Elliana seemed to love him" said Fury. 

Rachel nods. "It has come to my attention, that Josh Carter bribed Judge Jack to give him full custody. But my ruling is full custody to Miss. Nelson and Josh is to give up his rights and if your boyfriend, Miss. Nelson wishes to adopt her, he can" said Rachel. I nod smiling. Daisy runs in and I pick her up. "Baby your coming home with me, Steve and Hudson, your baby brother" I said. "I missed you. Daddy was mean" said Daisy. "Well, his not your daddy anymore." I said. "His not. I'm going to adopt you" said Steve. I look at him. "Thank you" I mouth to him. Steve smiles and Daisy hugs him. We go sign the adoption forms and boom, soon she will be Daisy Rogers" I said. We head home and let Daisy meet Hudson.

We go out for dinner and then we head home. We watch movies and relax. I rub my face and once Daisy goes to bed and Hudson is asleep, me and Steve watch one more movie before we go to bed. I instantly fall asleep after kissing Steve. 

We got her back.
