Lariza's POV

I was lying on my bed, reading through all the texts I had gotten from Chris and Hyunjin. I felt so bad, but, I had to ignore them...especially Hyunjin. I can't risk falling for someone like him. We're both idols. Rumors will spread. Hate will rise. Fans will be upset. Everyone will hate us together. I can't have him. I can't like him. I can't even be friends with him anymore...

I got myself off my bed then walked into Jennie's room. She looks up at me then pats her bed. I walk over and sat myself down next to her.

"What's wrong LeeLee?"

Sighing, I began to explain everything.

"It's Hyunjin, NiNi... I keep ignoring him because I'm scared. I like him, but I can't have him. I know ignoring him, and some of the members, is bad...but... I don't know anymore..."

Jennie gave a sad look.

"I'm so sorry LeeLee."

"It's not your fault."

"I know, but still!"

We both let out sighs.

"You can't keep ignoring them though. They're your friends."

I laid my head on Jennie's shoulder.

"I know..."

Jennie wrapped her arms around me and held me close to her.

"Lariza, just talk to them. Talking is better than ignoring them, you know?"

I nodded my head.

"I know, but..."

I let out a sigh then continue.

"I just can't risk is NiNi..."

Jennie gave me a look.

"You can't risk it? You're friends with them already, I think you risked enough. You see all that hate, LeeLee."

"Yeah... I do."

Jennie gave a sad look at my upset face.

"Don't be upset, LeeLee. They're just jealous."

All I did was give a slight nod. Jennie sighed then laid her head on top of mine.

"Talk to them, LeeLee."

"I can't do it. I'm scared..."

I mumbled the last bit, but Jennie still heard me.

"It's okay to be scared, Lari. But you can't keep this up. It's been what? Two days? How long will you keep this up?"

I gave a shrug.

"I don't know... I don't wanna keep it up, but, I can't do it."

Jennie lifted her head then grabbed my chin so I could look at her.

"Lariza, look me in my eyes."

"Why?"

"Just do it."

With a sigh, I look into Jennie's eyes.

"Good. Now, tell me, that you love Hyunjin."

"I don't love him! It's just a small crush!"

"LeeLee...do it."

I huffed then started to speak.

"I love Hyunjin."

Jennie smirked as she let my chin go.

"Why are you smirking?"

"Because your eyes show true love in them."

My eyes widen and I quickly looked away.

"Sh-Shut up!!"

Jennie chuckled then patted my back.

"Go talk to them LeeLee."

"Okay... I think I can do it!"

"Then gooooo!!!"

Jennie pushed me a bit, making me laugh as I get up and walk to my room.

"Okay... You can do it!!"

I told myself as I pulled out my phone and pressed on Hyunjin's contact. With shaky hands I start texting the male.
