If you feel bad about something and it bothers you and causes you stress. Think of it, think of what you should do. If you should tell em or keep it and shut up. But, keeping it won't do any help, it will keep bothering you and stress you. So, go tell someone, go tell to the person you owe an apology, go tell to the person you feel bad at not telling him/her, go tell to the person you trust, tell to anyone you want. After that, I assure you'll feel relieved, you'll feel proud for doing another milestone. And, just by opening up, you helped yourself.
