I'm sorry for taking so long with uploading these parts. Life has been very busy but also very difficult some days. But seeing the interactions on this story always brightens my day. So thank you to everyone who is reading. You are everything to me. I hope you'll accept this extra long chapter as my apology for taking forever.

And holy heck we're at 6k reads now!?!?

- Sincerely Slytherin

I've always loved waking up to the view of freshly fallen snow over the castle grounds. There was something about the way the snowflakes softly patted against the windows and lined the trees that instantly brought me peace.

But I've got to say, waking up next to Severus is the best view a girl could ask for.

As I came to, I could feel the warm hands and soft breath of Snape as he continued to sleep while spooning against me. Snuggling back into him, I sighed a breath of relief.

How does everything feel okay when I'm in your arms?

"Love is funny that way, is it not?" A deep, husky voice whispered into my ear before peppering my neck with kisses.

I couldn't help but giggle, he was right.

Snape's kisses slowly turned into soft sucks and licks as he travelled up and down my neck. My giggles quickly turning into moans as he paid particular attention to the spot right behind my ear. I couldn't help but begin to press my ass back into him, grinding my hips in the hopes that he would take me right then and there.

But this time, I found myself stopped.

"As much as I would adore worshipping every inch of you, we have some important business we must attend to today." Severus groaned into my ear.

In a last ditch attempt, I brought my hand behind me to stroke his still stiff member. Snape's breath caught in his throat at the sensation for a few moments until he found the will to stop me.

"Later, love." He growled before releasing me and getting up out of bed.

Putting on my best puppy dog eyes, I sat up and pleaded. "Now what could possibly be more important than this?" As I spoke I pulled back the sheets to reveal my now open pj shirt. Snape's eyes widened as he stopped and considered taking me once again.

"Nothing is more important. But it must wait, we have to get going." He said, his voice hungry but under control. Smiling, I gave up. "Alright, Severus. Where are we going?" A small grin lit up his face as he began dressing.

"Hogsmeade."

The streets were packed with witches and wizards, many of which were busily popping in and out of the many stores that lined the road. The sunny sky cast a warm glow over the many items on display in the shop windows. Each one catching my eye a little more than the next as the Christmas decorations grew larger and more beautiful with every store.

Shit. Christmas.

While I loved the holiday, this time of year always made me feel hopelessly sad. I wanted so badly to give my loved ones the gifts that they deserved but I'm just not in a financial position to make that happen. I saved up everything I could in order to buy something nice for Severus, hopefully I would be able to find him something that I could afford.

I'm not sure I can afford anything that is good enough for him.

I felt Snape's eyes on me as I continued to worry. Shaking myself out of it, I decided to try and enjoy this time together.
