Nagito, Ibuki, and I spent about 90 minutes moving in to our respective rooms until-

*knockknockknockknockknock*

Somebody knocked on the door, interrupting my thoughts. I set down the clothes I was pulling from my suitcase and went to the door, expecting to be faced with a certain someone.

"Hey, Nagito-" I began before realizing who it was.

"HAHA! IF I WROTE A SONG ABOUT THIS, IT WOULD BE TITLED 'IBUKI FINISHED UNPACKING FIRST!!'" Ibuki said, jumping up and down before coming into my room. I had put away my clothes and most of my smaller belongings and was in the middle of organizing the decorations I was gonna put up and some of the bigger stuff I'd brought: an old video game console, mini-fridge, and DVD/CD player from the treehouse back home. I carried on fixing up my room while Ibuki hummed to herself and mused about some of the music she was writing for another half hour or so until another knock sounded at my door. This time, Ibuki answered.

"Look who it is! Nagito! Guess that means (Y/N) is the cash grab albummm," Ibuki said, giggling as she let Nagito inside.

"Wow, (Y/N), your room looks so cool. Mine's pretty bland, but I guess it's fitting for trash like me," Nagito said, admiring the decorations I'd set up, "I never would've been able to put together something as beautiful as this."

"Nagito, don't say that about yourself. Besides, you flatter me too much, I think I have some spare lights and posters if you'd like to take a look and put them in your room," I said, pointing to a pile of miscellaneous decorations that I couldn't find a place for on my wall. Nagito walked over and examined them, before stopping suddenly and holding up a certain picture.

"Hey, (Y/N), is this you as a kid? And who are these two guys?" he asked.

I stared at the picture before realizing it was a photo of my dad holding Gideon and me in each of his arms when we were little. I guess the picture got lost in the stack because I meant to put it on my nightstand.

"Oh... that's my dad holding my best friend and I," I said, Nagito's eyes widened as he realized he brought up my dead father.

"I'm sorry, (Y/N), I didn't realize that's what your dad looked like,... but you look really happy in this picture. It's beautiful and fills me with so much hope," Nagito said, smiling as he studied the picture, "Did you know you have your dad's ears and smile?"

"Thank you... hey, would you mind putting it in that picture frame on the nightstand over there?"

"Of course," he replied, standing up and carefully putting the picture in its frame, "anything else I can help you with?"

"Ooh! Ooh! Me too! Ibuki would like to help!" said Ibuki, who, up until this point, had gone quiet while Nagito and I talked about the picture.

"Actually, yeah, there's a few things I could use help with from the both of you."

I still had a few more strands of lights, some posters and pictures, and a tapestry to put up before the room was finished, but with Nagito and Ibuki's help, it didn't take very long to finish.

"We still have about 45 minutes until dinner. Should we go put stuff in our lockers, then?" I suggested. Both of the other two nodded in response before heading into their rooms to grab the stuff they wanted to put in their lockers.

We headed off to go organize our lockers which, thankfully, took much less time than the dorm rooms did. When the three of us were done, we still had about 15 minutes before dinner. We didn't want to be weird and arrive early, so we just wandered around the school and checked out the facilities, including the pool, for a few minutes.
