"W-what?" Marinette stuttered.

Alya stepped in front of Marinette, hands on her hips. "How dare you come here and demand her like she was an object! After all you've done to...-"

Marinette's mind was spinning, she couldn't hear what Alya said after that. She was so confused, why did Chat Blanc want her? He said he was lonely... He came in as if he was on vacation seeing family. She peaked over Alya's shoulder and stared at the boy, eyes wide.

It was so hard to understand. Seeing him, those blue eyes so cold, so opposing to his wide, cheshire grin. He had one hand holding his belt- no- tail? He swung it around casually, was this all a game to him? Still, as she watched, she knew this wasn't right. This wasn't him.

She was shaken out of her thoughts when Chat Blanc ran forward on all fours, scaring Alya as he ran between her legs. Marinette stumbled backwards and tripped on the stairs they were standing on, falling back, but before she could hit the stairs, Chat Blanc caught her in a dip, one hand holding the small of her back, and the other taking her hand, bringing it up to his lips.

Marinette's eyes went wide.

The Chat grinned.

Alya pulled herself up on the railing of the stairwell and practically launched herself towards Chat Blanc, pushing him off of Marinette, allowing Marinette to plop down on the step.

"Get away from her!" Alya shouted.

The Chat stood up from where he had been pushed, fallen down on the staircase. He glared at Alya, "That's no way to treat a friend, Alya!" He said, brushing himself off. "Maybe you all aren't my friends at all... " Chat Blanc said as he stepped down the stairs, walking into the center of the room, "That's right... we were all together once, now look at us! I just want to be with my friends and you treat me like a monster!" He shouted. He looked around at the crowd curiously, and Marinette felt a chill go down her spine as he started to smirk. "Maybe I should act like the monster you want then, the monster you expect!" He held out his hand and a glowing ball of white light started to grow, "I'm sure you all know what I can do!"

Marinette started to tremble, seeing that glowing white cataclysm. She felt like she had seen it before, that white energy, it made her so afraid, not only for the others in the building, who were currently hugging each other and screaming in fear, knowing the consequences of a mega cataclysm.

But she also feared for Chat Blanc, for some reason, she knew this would affect him badly. She could almost see a hint of fear in his eyes, and all of this combined was what made her shout out:

"Stop!"

Chat Blanc looked over at Marinette, and after a small moment, he waved away the cataclysm. His glare washed away as if it was never there, leaving a smile. "Alright Mari, what will you have me do?" He asked.

Marinette looked around, the whole room was staring at her, all confused. She was confused inside as well, why was he listening to her, why did he want to take her away?

"I'll do whatever you want- I-I just... please don't hurt anybody." She said, voice shaking.

Chat Blanc smiled brightly, "Then you'll come back to Paris with me!"

"Like hell she will!" Alya shouted, running over to Marinette's side, "Don't worry Marinette, we'll figure this out-"

"Alya I know I don't remember much, but I know what I need to do... I can't let him hurt anyone else... " She said.

He's hurting, he needs someone, I don't know why he chose me, but...

"I'll go with you, if you promise not to hurt anyone."

Chat Blanc gave her a soft smile, far too soft considering he just threatened to destroy so many people. "You have my word," He said as he walked towards her, literally sweeping her off of her feet and into his arms.

Marinette felt her cheeks heat up, "I... I don't have much memory, so I have no idea if your word is true."

Chat Blanc smiled down at her, "Trust me, you always did before. And I would never lie to my princess."

Then, in a flash, Chat Blanc carried her off, running into the night. Behind her Marinette could hear the other classmates screaming, shouting out her name, begging for her to come back. Hearing their cries, she was heartbroken. A few tears fell down her face.

Standing on the roof of a nearby building, Chat Blanc gently wiped her tears away, "Don't worry Marinette, we'll be together again. Being with me, isn't that what you always wanted?"
