"Jimin sat down in front of his father and tried to give him the most convincing and honest look he had in him."

"I really don't think I can do this." Jimin was standing in his father's office at his father's company too nervous to be able to sit down in front of him. He kept on pacing the office while his father would just sit there behind his desk eyeing his every movement.

"We've agreed to this months ago, it is time." His father's calm voice was nerve racking.

This was literally his last chance to avoid having to work at his father's company.

He had woken up that morning knowing that his life as he knew it had ended. That was the day he would have to surrender all his living pleasures to join the ranks of his father's company. He hated his father's company, he never wanted to be a businessman. He knew his father had always been one, so had his uncle and so had his grandfather before the two of them. But Jimin wanted something more for his life, not that he was doing a very good job showing what he actually wanted to do, since all he did was sleep all day and club all night. But his father had given him a chance. He had given him four months to get a hold of his life and do something of it, but he had just wasted that time by doing what he knew how to do best, go out at night and be too hangover during the day to even think.

But he was not going to surrender without a fight, he would even plead on his knees if necessary.

"Dad, I don't think I'm suitable for the job, I actually think I would make you lose more money than I would make you earn it."

His father laid his elbows on the desk intertwining the fingers of his hands. He looked at his son with piercing eyes.

"So, you are trying to tell me that you don't want to work here because you care for the company and not because of the fact that you want to keep on being a lazy brat?"

His father was seeing right through him, he always did, this was going to be harder than what he had expected.

"Dad! I'm not a lazy brat, I am just in the process of finding myself, finding what I want to be, what I want to do..." Jimin sat down in front of his father and tried to give him the most convincing and honest look he had in him.

"Right, and to do so you just need to drink until your senses go numb? That makes a lot of sense because that way you are able to think unimaginable things right? You can really think out of the box!" His dad chuckled sarcastically.

Jimin hated it so much when his father was sarcastic. "Dad I mean it, maybe you are right, maybe I just want to keep on enjoying my good life, but I mean it when I say that I won't be able to do this, I don't even know what it is that you do in this company." He had one last card to play and that was to mess with his father's most precious thing in life, money. If he was able to convince him that he would make him lose money, then he was saved.
