"He rested his right hand on his boss's desk to support his weight (...) He had tiny but many tattoos covering most of the back of his hand..."

Jungkook was standing behind his new boss's chair waiting for him to open the damned program. For some unknown reason Jimin was taking way too long to just guide the mouse to the Excel icon to open it. It almost seemed as though he had never used a computer before but Jungkook was sure this wasn't the case. He went through the long list of things they had to do that day in his mind and groaned internally. Teaching his boss how to use Excel wasn't even part of their schedule and they were already taking too long... At this pace he would even beat Yoongi-hyung as the worker who left last.
When the 25 year old opened the program at last Jungkook hunched a little bit more over him to look at the screen. He rested his right hand on his boss's desk to support his weight, a little away from where the latter had his own hand on the computer mouse. He immediately felt Jimin's gaze shift from the screen to his hand on his right side and he swore he heard him gasp. As a reflex Jungkook pulled his hand away and tugged at his shirt sleeve so that it would hide most of it. He knew exactly what Jimin had been looking at and cursed himself for forgetting to cover his right hand.
"D-do you...?" Jimin started, but Jungkook cut him right away, he had no intention of discussing his hand at that moment.
"So Excel works like this," he kept tugging at his shirt sleeve in a nervous act. "it is for calculations..."
"Like a calculator?" Jimin smiled, turning around on his chair to look at his assistant. His eyes fell immediately upon Jungkook's right hand. The younger hoped he had it well covered.
Jungkook would always wear his shirt sleeves unbuttoned to cover his hands, which made him look scruffy, yet cheeky, but his superiors would let it slide due to his young age. Well, in reality, he wasn't that young anymore, but since he had always been the youngest of the company, everyone seemed to always turn a blind eye on him. Actually, he only needed to cover his right hand, but he would look weird if he kept only one sleeve buttoned. What he had in his right hand was not that big of a deal, or at least it wouldn't be in other parts of the world. But there, he had to cover it, at least when he was at work. To say that he had a tattoo on his right hand would be an understatement. He had tiny but many tattoos covering most of the back of his hand, and tattoos were not seen with good eyes by Korean people. Therefore, he had to cover them. Luckily, his last boss hadn't made any comments when he discovered his young assistant's new tattoos, but he didn't know if he would be as lucky with his new one too. He had started with some tiny ones on the back of his hand, but now, his whole right arm was covered in many tattoos, almost like a full tattooed sleeve. In any case, he only had to keep on covering his hand since his arm was always hidden beneath his shirt sleeve.
"...Yeah, well, not exactly like a calculator, Excel is a little bit more complex than a calculator but that would be the general idea..." Why was he rambling? Why couldn't he just get to the point and leave his boss to do his work? Why was his boss gazing into his eyes like he was explaining to him how to deceive Death? Jungkook sighed while closing his eyes for a bit and regained his composure. He would explain everything and leave that office that seemed to have emptied itself from all the remaining oxygen.
