𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐃 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐍
"𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐆𝐄𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐘 for school, I'll go check in with (L/n)." Aizawa announces to everyone and they all nod and walk off to go get ready.
"Iida and Mina, you two stay for a moment." Aizawa calls out and they both stop in their tracks and turn around.
Both feel guilty in their own way. Mina feels as if she could've changed the conversation so it didn't lead to (Y/n) walking away left with her own thoughts and worries.
In a way she feels guilty for not noticing how much (Y/n) has become infatuated with Iida, but she can't change what's happened.
Iida feels incredibly guilty, the girl he loves and trusts the most in his life doesn't know who the real him is because he's too ashamed to tell her what happened in Hosu.
Iida sees her trying so hard to control herself and not ask questions but he knows her, he knows she has so many things she wants to ask him and is just left there asking them to herself and not him.
"I saw that she left breakfast and Iida you went after her, and now she's locked up in her room. I have no idea what transpired but I need to know so I can understand everything better." Aizawa says to the two students and they both sigh.
Aizawa has seen (Y/n) piss drunk, but has never seen her so quiet. She just left breakfast in silence and didn't even eat anything. He won't admit it but he cares for her a lot, he's known Nemuri since they were in high-school and knows to a certain extent how difficult her family life was before she ran away. He can't even imagine what (Y/n) went through all the years without her sister, and can understand why she forces such a outgoing persona.
He knows less than Iida and think that Nemuri and (Y/n) have a good relationship when really, (Y/n) still hasn't forgiven Nemuri abandoning her. She views Midnight coming back and paying her parents off as her 'saving' her not as a sister but because she's a pro-hero. She adores her sister for her talents as a hero but sees her as an awful person.
"I asked her if Iida and her are just friends and she explained that they were. Sero and Kaminari started discussing why they wouldn't like each other and how they aren't a good match. They called Iida "strong-willed" and that confused her I think. She thought they were joking or something, and she tried to say that that isn't the kind of person Iida is." Mina tells the first part of her side, feeling bad about how south the conversation went.
Sero and Kaminari of course have no idea that (Y/n) likes him, she hasn't even mentally admitted it to herself yet. Mina just feels guilty for their actions of saying they are "too different" to date let alone like one another.
