Hello friends, I'm happy to see you guys again! Welcome to 'Something of the Past' my new book, and one that I'm super excited to finally publish for everyone.
This is yet again a different type of "genre" of story then the last two. It's gonna be a little sadder than Night Changes, and a LOT sadder than nineteen lol.
If you know what 'Hi bye, mama' is or even 'My Holo Love' is, this story is slight inspired by those shows (both on Netflix). There's a little hint on this story's plot hehe.
So, like usual, here's some things to know about 'Something of the Past' •main characters are Seoyeon, Sunghoon (please he's my bias, so here he is again ahah), the side cast are Heojun (Seoyeon best friend), and of course the Enhypen members. (Not sure how they're gonna be integrated into this story yet, but I will be having them all of course) •in this story, they'll be 21 for it to make more sense. But of course, they're all still young, no inappropriate writing for their respect. •Seoyeon works at a night museum, Heojun is the manager at a trendy restaurant, and Sunghoon-you'll find out lmao. •I suggest reading in NIGHT/DARK mode, as it will make the experience better. •another reminder, enhypen are almost all minors, do not disrespect them, and it's illegal, don't be a predator.
The chapter names are in Korean and then translated to English on the chapter start, but I am not fluent in Korean unfortunately so I tried my hardest to get them accurate with my knowledge, so if anyone that is fluent and notices a grammar error, PLEASE bring it to my attention with the correct spelling. Thank you!
I'm hoping that this is being posted while on break from university, so that I can start updating frequently and constantly for you guys, but if not then a remind for those or new news for those who are just finding me from this book, I am a university student. So classes are my top priority, but I'll be updating on days where I don't have classes and work.
Here's just a little inside on my personal writing style that's prevalent in my books. When it comes to conversations between characters, I make them speak how one would usually in real life. In person, when we converse between each other, we aren't all proper and grammatically correct. We talk in slang most of the time, words like "cause" and "gonna" are used by everyone almost. I write how I speak, and that's not "proper". So I write realistically, and if that's not your cup of tea and like proper grammar, then maybe check other books :)
