Sunghoon felt a familiar pang in his chest, he stopped what he was doing. Another one sent through his chest, causing him lose his breath. He dropped the spoon that was in his hand in panic, his eyes wondered around the darkened apartment where he was alone. His vision blurred as he gasped for air, clutching his chest as it bursted with sharp pain. He was alone, why was he alone?

His body dropped towards the ground, the pain felt like fireworks were set off inside of his heart, it was worse than the last two. Why? Because it was the third one, this was his third one, his last.

Pushing through the pain as much as he could, he reached for the phone on top of the counter, dialling the phone as quick as he could. "Hey, aren't you supposed to be at work right now?" Heojun's voice was heard from the other line.

"Heojun, it's Sunghoon." He breathed out.

"Sunghoon? Why aren't you at the museum with Seoyeon? Is everything alright? Where's Seoyeon?"

"Heojun..." Sunghoon's voice quivered to other boy.

"What's going on Sunghoon, are you okay?" He could hear ruffling from the other end of the call.

"I don't want to leave her yet. I don't want to leave Seoyeon, I don't want to leave her Jun." Sunghoon choked out a cry.

"Sunghoon, I need you to slow down and tell me what's going on. I can't help you if I don't know what's happening, please."

"I'm dying, I'm dying and Seoyeon isn't here with me."

"Yo-you are dying? Is...this what Seoyeon told me about?"

"Yes," Sunghoon's voice cracked. "I need you to get here in half an hour. I'll...I'll be gone by then, and I don't want Seoyeon to be alone. I need you to be there for her, please for me."

"I will, I promise. Will this—is this the last time I'll hear from you?" Heojun took the silence as a confirmation from him. Taking a shaky deep breath of air, "you were the perfect person for her. Thank you for taking care of Seoyeon. We will miss you, all of us. I hope to see you another time, I'll miss you friend."

Sunghoon hung up the phone with a cry and dialed another number. One he was dreading to call.

"Hello?" Niki's voice rang through the phone.

"Niki, I need you to put Seoyeon on the phone." Sunghoon urged

"Sunghoon? Is everything alright?"

"Please I need Seoyeon on the phone right now, I need Seoyeon." He heard multiple people on the line, Jungwon taking the phone.

"Sunghoon, are you okay?"

"Get Seoyeon on the phone! I need to have Seoyeon on the line, please."

"Hello, Sunghoon? You never call me while I'm at work. Is everything alright at home?" Her voice rang through the phone finally.

"Seoyeon, I need you to come home. You need to come home now." Sunghoon's voice quivered. He hung up the phone before he dropped his body back on the floor in pain. Pulling his hand away from his chest, a sob choked out once he seen his heart; or where his heart was supposed to be. A heart that is now becoming nothing more then a hole in his chest.

He was always afraid of this time coming. Being alone for decades, he was afraid that he was gonna be alone once his time comes. But Seoyeon being the last person his eyes set on before he leaves, he wasn't afraid of going alone anymore. He found his final person, one he'll never forget. Seoyeon, his love. One that was too late.

"Sunghoon!"
