Accidental hybrid 2 : vampire/ angel (BK2)

accidental hybrid: chapter 39

as the wind blew, it pushed me closer and closer towards the mansion. i had a feeling i was going to be bombarded with loads of questions, so many that i bet it was going to take me ages for them all to be answered.

i was just behind the mansion now , so close in fact i could see through the back windows. the mansion looked alive yet silent as well.  i stepped of the field and on to the drive way of the mansion and looked back at the others. tyson was still messing around with alex and ashton just seemed to copying tyson for the heck of it. it was if he didn't want the moment to end. 

tyson suddenly looked up from alex like he knew i was looking at him. and he began to make a light run towards me. he soon caught up with ashton. " come slow coach" tyson teased. ashton looked annoyed but started to run after him. tyson held alex tight in his arms as he ran, not daring to loosen his grip on him one bit. 

" sorry, i was just talking to alex and i didn't realize how slow i was going" said tyson. " no its ok, you haven't known him that long so your bound to want to get to know him" i said. tyson smiled, glad that i understood him. i didnt know that i looked upset or anything.

yh i was kinda pissed and upset because all i wanted to do was go home, have a shower and have a good nights sleep and then have a late night feed. it was only 11 in the evening and i liked to go hunting late at night. i hadnt fed properly latley what with jamie and all that.

but i hoped tyson didn't mind looking after alex for a while and alex didn't mind either. " erm tyson" i asked. tyson had begun to walk ahead while i stopped so i could wait for ashton. but he now stopped and looked at me. " yh?" he asked. " i know olympus and all them will wont to know everything but i was hoping i could have a bath and some sleep and then later tonight go and get something to eat" i said. " ah so you want me to keep everyone out of the way for tonight ?" he asked.

" yh if you wouldn't mind" i said. " no its fine besides i can get some quality time with alex" he said looking down at the small bundle in his arms. i smiled. at least he understood me to. ashton caught up and then started to walk ahead with tyson. huh. i followed soon after.

tyson went in first, he gave me alex so he could make sure everyone was calm before the two of came in. olympus and claire were the first two to come rushing out. " tyson ! is she and the baby ok ?!" shouted claire as soon as she saw him. 

" calm down, calm down and yes they are both fine" he said. " but wait, amiee is outside..." tyson began but got interupted by claire. " lets go and see her" she said and began to run towards the door but tyson stopped her. " wait ! she wants some pieace claire and sometime for herself ok !" he shouted. 

i could see claire inside as i peeked through the door. she looked upset but understood. " ok" i heard her say and then she took a step back. olympus knew that also ment he had to stay back as well. " you can come in amiee" tyson said.

i began to walk in slowly, my bare feet sticking slightly to the marble floor. Claire's eyes brightened suddenly as she saw alex in my arms but she didn't move. i walked over to tyson and gave him alex. " i'm going for a shower and some sleep" i said then looked at claire. " and then we can do all the talking and welcoming afterwards" i said and then began to make my way up stairs.

no one said anything or moved as i walked away.

i went straight to my bedroom, almost slamming the door shut behind me. it was nice to be in here again. nothing had changed since i had been gone. i went and got a towel and then went to the bedroom window. the moon was looking in and it drenched me with its light. i felt much better, better than i have ever been in a while.

i hadnt seen danika for ages either. i wonder where she has gone? 

everything was pretty much back to normal now but there was a new addition to the family and we were all alive. i was with tyson still and jamie was dead. 

everything was ok now. i think. i was happy and everyone else seemed to be. i looked down at the towel in my hand. the hot water i imagined soaking over my tense muscles called to me. i really needed a shower. 

then something came to my mind. i still needed to ask claire what her power was, well that would have to wait for now because i had a shower to go to then a huge bed to sleep in. life was looking good so far.

well until something else came up that threatened mine, Alex's or Tyson's life, or anyone else i cared about for that matter, my life was good.
