accidental hybrid 2: chapter 25

i couldnt see jamie but i heard his voice bouncing against the wall in the shadows. " its going to be a great show amiee, it really is!" he shouted. his voice crawled out of the shadows like snakes slithering towards me. i found it hard to support my self to sit up any longer. i lay down, looking up towards the ceiling. the two double doors that we had come through were now shut but i could feel a draft coming through at the bottom but i didnt feel the cold knives that came with it, nore the breeze that stroaked my skin as it took my shape. i only heard it, screaming against the wood of the door on the other side.

a door must have been left open somewhere. i was going numb as i grew waker with thirst. suddenly someone knocked on the hall doors obvius to what was happening on my side of them. " come in" shouted jamie , who for some strange reason, still lingerd in the shadows. the door clicked open as the human walked in, his hand shaking as he pushed open the door.

his blood entwined with the wind around me and it pushed the scent up my nose. i breathed more of it in so much that i felt it touch the back of my throat so close to my tounge. i could swear i could taste it. but i didnt need to taste it, the smell made my mouth water so much i thought it would be impossible for even a being like me to do it. " what is it?" asked jamie. i barley heard him as my nose had completly shut down my other sences only leaving my sence of taste there to make me hungrier and hungrier for this human.

" there's been a problem in one of the rooms, a fire and its burnt some of the files in there and we were woundering if you would need them" the man said. " well even if i had needed them, i couldnt have them because there no more than ash on the floor....what room number?" jamie asked. jamies voice and the humans were no more than whispers in my ear, they were like silk as they crept through my ear and to my ear drum, barely disturbing it. all i could concentrate on was the human and how his blood ran through his veins so easily. the muscle that made the vein so thin, my teeth could just rip open the ones on his neck. the ones that were closest to the surface and had the most blood in.

" room number 506" said the man, who's words shook as his eyes fell onto the floor then on to me. " thats ok, they were nothing, nothing important at all" said jamie. the man didnt say anything but as he turned to leave the room, the air stirred and his scent came to me stronger. i couldnt hold myself. my thirs just took over me completly.

using the little strength i had left, in unhuman speed , i ran to the human and jumped onto his back. biting into his neck where his pulse lay, his blood ran down my throat easily and soothing the dryness of it instantly. the man yelled and tried to push me off but i had a firm grip on his neck and shoulders. my sences began to return to me as i fed and i heard jamie laughing evily in the darkness. " couldnt we wait and sorry, i forget you had asked me to get you something" said jamie acctually sounding sorry. i couldnt let go as i fed, i was so hungry.

the man fell to the floor as he lost more and more blood and to weak to stand on his own two legs. blood spilled every where, the bit that couldnt get in my mouth. sometimes i wish my mouth was bigger. a small puddle formed beside his neck and most of it spilled onto my white dress. the redness in my eyes burned away as my hunger subsided. i felt better already.

" what are your little frieds up to?" asked jamie, finally walking out of the shadows. i let go of the now dried of blood human, and sat back agaisnt the cold wall. i could now feel the coldness stabbing into my back, thank god but i didnt think there was one. " i'm getting so bored waiting in here for whats about to happen and i have a feeling you know whats going to happen amy....the way you looked at this place when you came in and it happend when you saw the dress. but i rememberd. in my vision i was bigger and i was still pregnant but i had pretty much lost all the baby weight now because of starving almost and thats whats good about being unhuman, you can get a great flat belly again.

something had changed. so that could mean i could change what or could happen ! " anyway, where are they?" he said again. suddenly the hall doors banged open.

" yh were here " said tyson, looking angry than i had ever made him.
