tw!!

A man was wearing a fancy suit and holding tight to a enormous case. He began to sweep the area like he didn't want anyone to see him. The door pushed opened, displaying a man with his arms wide out.

"Ah, just the man I'm looking for. Curtis! It's a pleasure to work with you again." he then began to shook Curtis's hand.

"Of course, Thomas. It's been a while." Curtis casually entered the room, "So, how's your son? Is he ready to meet Mavis?"

Thomas slammed the door, and took another look at Enzo. "That mother fucker left! All for a person, someone named Y/N!"  he ranted.

"What about the arranged marriage, with Mavis?" Curtis questioned.

"That's the thing, find Y/N and my son. Call over your tech guy, I heard he's good with finding addresses."

"The deals off. I can find another man for Mavis."

"No! Imagine our gangs combined, we'd have so much power, and imagine the money, Curt!"

"You're greedy!"

Curtis was frightened by Thomas and began to back away to the exit, until Thomas pulled a gun out. Even though they both agreed on no violence, Thomas broke the rule.

"Curtis, I know your weakness. I know all your dark secrets. You will work for me. " Thomas began to walk even closer to him. "Now, you're going to help me kill Y/N wether you like it or not."

"Lex, it's me, don't you know?" you spoke.

"What?" Alex looked at you, stumped. Karl face-palmed, letting a puff of air out. "Y/N, when we were eleven one, how slow are you?" he responded.

Alex's eyebrows went up and his mouth was left wide open. "NO WAY!" Alex shouted. Alex ran up to you and slithered into your arms again, wet-cheeked.

"You're quite slow, Lexy."

That was an old nickname you gave him when you were a kid. You'd always tease him with that nickname.

"Yeah yeah, I did the same thing too when I found out." Karl scoffed with a tint of sass.

"Let me enjoy it, Karl." Alex responded.

"Don't get too close to Y/N, or else I'll-"

Karl was most likely going to curse Alex out. Just in case, you shushed him. "Stop, okay? I think it's a perfect time to talk right now."

"Y/N, we're out in public and it's raining. We should head to the hotel room we're both staying at!" Karl smirked.

"WHAT?" Alex yelled. You attempted to relax him saying it meant nothing. He was still infuriated you were staying with Karl, maybe he looked at it the wrong way.

On the walk to the hotel, Alex was just giving Karl looks and Karl was making him even more angry. All Karl did was brag about staying in the same bed as you to make him jealous. It was difficult keeping two grown men away from each-other.

"Who said I hadn't done that too?" Alex smiled.

"What?" Karl said. He sounded like he was going to snap, but stayed quiet.

"Just shut up, both of you."

-

You entered the hotel, sneakers squeaking against the tile floor. The whole way back to the hotel, Alex and Karl just gave each other looks. At one point Alex almost punched Karl, but you stopped it from happening. You felt like a mother trying to control their little boys from fighting.
