Next Morning
*RING RING*
What?
Oh my phones ringing. Earth to Phil!
I pick up my phone and say groggily
"Hello?"
"Hey man! What's up?" I could hear his voice very clearly and knew it was Peej.
"Oh hey Peej, Nothing just woke up..." I hear him chuckle before he responds.
"Dude it's like Noon. Get your arse out of bed and Dan too and meet me and Chris at Nandos!"
"Really? I have to get up?" I say with a sigh.
"Yes... Chris and I have something to talk to guys about..."
Done bantering I say "Okay, Okay. Meet you at 2?"
"Perfect! See you at Nandos!"
Then he hung up the phone.
After taking another ten-fifteen minutes to lug myself out of bed I slowly walk towards Dans room. I say to myself in a lower voice "Okay this won't be awkward.... Wait why do I think it will be awkward? God I'm screwed up."
I quickly open the door and wait for my eyes to readjust to the darkness of what Dans room is, his bed is empty.
Is he still on the couch?
I slowly and silently make my way to the Lounge and see Dan sitting on the couch with his legs pulled up to his chest a with a very serious thinking face on.
"Dan? Dan are you alright?"
"What?! What?, Oh it's just you Phil. Um yeah, I was just thinking. I'm fine."
"Peej and Chris are basically ordering us to meet them at Nandos at 2 so I would get ready soon"
"Oh-Okay."
"I'm gonna hop in the shower you can go in after me."
"Oh-Okay"
Then he turned away from me and looked straight ahead thinking again.
I make my way to the bathroom and turn on the hot water getting it warmed up. I look in the cupboard under the sink for a new bottle of shampoo and my hand pulls out the lady-box that Dan and I kept here for when we had friends over that were girls they had stuff just in case if something happened.
I grabbed the shampoo bottle out of the cupboard and I was about to put the Lady-Box Back when I saw a glint of metal at the top of the box.
A razor.
I look at it with wide eyes before I grab something from the bottom of the box and cover the razor. I will never go back to that place.
I jump into the shower, wash up and step out then wrap a towel around my waist and make my way to my bedroom.
I scavenge through my multicolored clothes and find a nice shirt and a pair of black skinny jeans and pull the jeans on my bird-like-legs and Tug on my Pokemon tee shirt and grab my shoes. I quickly straighten my hair for good measure and brush through it a few times before I make my way into the kitchen to have some dry cereal.
I see Dan walk into his room but only his foot. He must have just gotten out of the shower.
I find my cereal box and just start eating it because hey I like dry cereal.
I take my phone out and check out my Twitter and answer a few fans tweets and then check my Tumblr and I'm scrolling when Dan walks in and grabs a bowl and fills it with Lucky Charms. We both finish eating and grab our jackets and make sure we both have our wallets and Oyster cards.
We leave our flat and start walking towards the station to get on the tube.
As we walk we are pretty much completely silent accept when I ask "Dan?"
"Yeah?" He said quietly.
"Wh-what were you thinking about earlier? You seemed sorta troubled. Is there anything I can do?"
All he did was scoff and keep walking.
We then we're totally quiet accept when we got to the tube and swiped are cards and both said "Boop" like we always did.
After exiting the tube we quickly made our way to the Nandos right across the street.
We walk in the restaurant invited by the smell of delicious food.
We look around trying to find the faces of Peej and Chris but we don't see them. All we see is an elderly couple, a bunch of guys, a table of teenagers, and a couple snogging in the corner. I notice that they have two extra seats at the table. As they pull away I see their faces. Peej and Chris. I look at Dan who is seeing the same thing I'm seeing. Peej must've seen us out of the corner on his eye and swears and grabs Chris's arm. they quickly make their way over to Dan and I.
"So... We're Gay, For eachother."
