I woke up in a comfortable set of arms i then remembered last night's events and Then after a minute he wakes up

"Morning Alex"

"Morning"

"what time is it"

I look over to the clock and it reads 8:00 AM

"it's 8 am shit we're gonna be late"

"calm down we can get dressed and be there by 8:20"

"Alright i'll go wake up Max"

I walk over to Max's room and she opens the door 

"hey i just wanted to tell you to get ready so we can get to school on time"

"got it thanks"

"oh and if Mike gives you a hard time just tell me i'll talk to him"

"thanks"

"No problem"

I walk back to Billy's room and don't bother knocking since the door is already open I walk in to see him in just his boxers and i quickly cover my eyes

"whoa next time shut the door"

"you know you want me"

"no i just want my clothes to get ready for school"

"you can open your eyes now"

I open my eyes and walk over to the chair that has my clothes from last night. I then go to the bathroom and put on my clothes. I go back to the room and hand billy his sweatshirt and sweatpants

"here and thank you for everything"

"you can keep them"

"you sure"

"yea i have plenty plus they look better on you" and with that he leaves the room and i see a dumbfounded Max

"what the- how the hell did you get him to be nice"

"what do you mean"

"what do i mean he's like never nice how'd you do are you a witch or something"

"something that's for sure"

"whatever you're doing keep doing it"

"ok i guess" i walk outside of the house waiting for billy and max smoking a cigarette and when i go to light it i realize i never gave him his lighter back and he's not gonna get it back. I'll just get him a new one for his birthday or something. While i'm waiting for a split second i could see a Hawkins power and light van and i brush it thinking i'm just being paranoid. It's 8:08 once they get out of the house then i remembered that i still have to pick up my car

"shit i still gotta get my car from Tina's. Billy you can go ahead i'll just walk to tina"s and if i go now i can make it to school on time"

I start bolting do the street before he can say anything and i get there in 5 minutes. hell i should join track. i get into my car and i push over 90 to get to school using the backroads and i get there just when the first bell rings and once i'm at my locker jonathan comes up to me

"you're always cutting it close"

"yea but at least i never got detention"

"yea i'm still waiting for when you do"

"looks like you're gonna wait forever"

"yea.. who's shirt is that"

"oh just an old friend's"
