Four chimes

We went to Max's trailer since it was the closest and her mom wouldn't be there.

Nancy: "he showed me things things that haven't even happened yet. The most awful things, i saw a dark cloud spreading over Hawkins. Downtown on fire. Dead soldiers. And this giant creature. With a gaping mouth. And this creature wasn't alone. There were so many monsters. An army. And they were coming into Hawkins. Into our neighborhoods. Our homes. And then he showed me my mom. Holly. Mike. And they. they were all..."

Steve: "okay but he's just tryna scare you Nance. right? i mean, it's not real.

Nancy: "Not yet. But there was something else. He showed me gates. Four gates spreading across Hawkins. And these gates, they looked like the one outside of Eddie's trailer, but they didn't stop growing. And this wasn't the Upside Down Hawkins. This was our Hawkins. Our home.

As she said that my mind wandered to Billy and how he could be in the upside down and what if he got stuck if he went through the gate and couldn't get out

"four chimes" Max said all of sudden snapping me out of my thoughts

Max: "Four chimes. Vecna's clock. It always chimes four times. Four exactly."

Nancy:"I heard them too"

Max: "He's been telling us his plan this whole time."

Lucas"Four kills. Four gates.End of the world.:

Dustin: "If that's true he's only one kill away."

Eddie: "Oh Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ"

"okay shut the fuck up munson we'll figure it out"

Steve: "try em again try em again"

Max goes over to dial  mike or el or will since joyce was in russia

everyone keeps arguing as i make my way into Max's room i sit down for a minute trying to figure out a plan and i see a familiar jean jacket hung up behind her door. I get off her bed and i grab it from behind the door and return to my previous seat on her bed. I close my eyes and inhale the familiar scent of cologne and cigarettes and i get flashes of billy he's in a bloodied white tank and his infamous blue jeans. Theyre the same clothes i last saw him in. He's in the living room of my house and he looking around then all of a sudden the door opens and there's another billy but it's not him the energy around him is different. Billy turns around frightened and the clone billy starts talking.

"join us" he says 

"or else what"

"you don't wanna know"

"run billy" i say in hopes that he hears me as i walk closer to him and he turns his head towards my direction and he looks confused 

"run" i say as i inch closer in the process accidently touching him and i can tell he felt it too because he touched his arm exactly where i had placed my hand, i back up confused because i've never been able to communicate with anyone let alone touch them i hear the door open which snaps me out of the trance like state im in. I look up to see max and her looking at the jacket in my hand

"Im sorry I just needed a minute and i saw the jacket and I-"

"take it"

"what"

"he loved you he'd want you to have it" i defeated if i should tell her what i had seen but I didnt want to give her false hope in case i was wrong

"thank you" i say taking my jacket off and putting on billy's

she catches me up on the plan and i realize there's no talking max out of being bait for vecna. we go back to the living room and Eddie slams a newspaper on the table
