{Melanie Fox}

The past few days were hell. Ever since I got back, everyone at school never thought I wasn't me. I didn't wear any makeup, didn't show up at Cheer dance practices, and I wasn't hung up on person who made this happen.

Kiara, on the other hand, must've been happy too. Since... One; I was losing my cheer captain status, meaning she could replace me. Two; Jack and I never talked.

We avoided each other at the CPB. Glance at each other and act as if we never knew each other. Everything was wrong. And what else is wrong?

I didn't have any friends left except for Will.

Gossips spread out about me going low class. Or how I am together with a nerd. Like excuse me? We are not together and most importantly, he is not a nerd. If I ever give Will a makeover, all the girls would be swooning and wanting his attention.

After my last class ended, I called Megan to pick me up. Thankfully, she was free today. No interviews or filming. I waited outside the school grounds when I heard music. Yes, music.

I turned around and saw a handsome young fellow. He had a guitar slung around him and a bouquet of roses by his feet. He was wearing a suit, not a very formal suit and nice dark jeans. And he was singing.

Cause she's bitter sweet

She knocks me out of my feet

And I can't help myself

I don't want anyone else

She's a mystery

She's too much for me

But I keep coming back for more

She's just the girl I'm looking for

He kept singing and I was stunned. I listened to every word he sang and I melted. God, I melted because of Will. He finished the last line of the song and ran towards me holding a bouquet of flowers.

"Melanie Fox, I love you." He said. It wasn't like those ordinary I love you'd to me. This one felt sincere, passionate and special. And I... Liked it.

"I love you even if you pushed me in a pool, spilled paint on me, hate me, punch me, kick me, I don't care!" He said. He took my hands. "Mel, you deserve someone good. I'm here for you. You deserve someone better than Jack."

As soon as his name left his lips, my mind spun. Jack. I was getting confused. My heart was beating so fast, I couldn't understand myself.

"I love you so much. More than the stars, more than the earth, more than the universe-"

"More than books?"

He laughed. "Of course, I love you much more than books."

He leaned in. Our lips brushed against each other and I didn't stop him. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he holds me close to him. Then, I heard a click. We pulled away to see Kiara, with her phone in her hand.

"What. A slut." She hissed as took one more photo.

"What are you doing?" I widened my eyes.

"Showing everyone who you truly are." She types something on her phone. "And... Tweet!"

I was in the verge of pulling her hair out of frustration. How could she be like this? She's even worse than me. I heard my phone make a sound.

"Go ahead. Check it out." She smirked, crossing her arms. I took my phone out and opened my Twitter app. I had a lot of notifications, with the words #MelanieFoxIsASlut and people posting bad things about me. I clenched my fist.

"Melanie Fox goes for the actor, the football player and the nerd? Wow, you're a combo aren't you?"

"I don't even like Tom!"

"That's not what he's telling everybody." She says.

I let out a huff of air. "What do you want?"

"Excuse me?"

"Tell me what you want and I'll do anything. Just stop bothering me."

"You know why I am doing this, Mel!"

"So tell me! What do you want?"

Will held my arm. I noticed it was sweating and hard as a rock and it looked like I was ready to punch her.

"I want to be cheer captain, I want to be the most popular and prettiest girl in school, and most importantly, I want Jack."

"Take it. I don't care and I have nothing to do with Jack anymore."

"Oh that's not my point, Mel. Because with you here, you will still be the prettiest girl in school and even if you and Jack are not taking to each other, Jack still likes you. You know what I want? I want you to get out of this school." She snapped.

"What?"

"You heard me. I want you to be expelled."

Will let go of my arm and he took a step towards Kiara. "Kiara, doing this won't change anything!"

"Wouldn't it, nerd?" She scoffed.

"Don't call him that." I snarled.

"Fine then. The slut's nerdy boyfriend. Happy?"

I close my eyes for a while. "And what if I refuse to do this?"

"Then I'll make sure to ruin your whole life, including your sister's reputation!"

"You can't do that. Kiara, you are such an idiot. Why are you making a big deal out of it? Why would ruin someone's whole life with a few months left of high school? It's not like everyone's going to remember you after we graduate." Will says.

"Then I'll make sure you'll have the worst last three months of high school." Kiara says. "I'm going to manipulate you, spread rumors about you, making sure everyone would hate you and making sure you're little boyfriend here will get suspended too. You know if I were you, Mel, if rather get expelled. At least not everybody would hate me and get to know rumors about you."

"Fine." I muttered.

"Mel, no..." Will grabbed my hand.

"Oh?"

"If that's what you want, fine. Just don't do anything. Please." I begged.

"It's a deal then, Melanie Fox." She snickered. "Good luck on graduating this year."
