Major angst tho

Peter's Pov
I knew something was wrong the second I woke up. My Spidey senses had been tingling all morning and I ignored it because I'm stupid.

Everything was normal until the random assembly in fifth period, led by our anxious principal.

Now, my school was being attacked by some weird looking dude with alien tech. And his ugly ass crew. Ten people total, I take note of.

He's been asking for Spider-Man and everybody's looking around wondering which teacher could be Spider-Man. Because, obviously, what kid at a nerd school would be Spider-Man?

After about three minutes of threatening, I decided that I couldn't get out with my identity, so I need to do something before they get angry. After double tapping my watch and sending an emergency alert to Mr. Stark, I slowly stepped forward. Purple dude snaps his head towards me and smiles menacingly. 'Ah, Mr. Parker. I had a hunch.'

By now, everybody was looking at me. 'What the fuck!' I hear Flash whisper. I resist the urge to roll my eyes. 'So you finally agree to surrender, Spider-Man?' The leader asks.
"Huh? Me? Surrender? That doesn't sound very heroic." I try to ease the tension, but it's hard when I'm out numbered and out weaponed.

He starts walking forward, like an amateur, so I treat him like one. I immediately web the gun away from him and onto the floor and his hands and feet about six feet away. Everybody starts running and screaming.

He growls and nods at his buddy's, who start running at me and shooting. I close my eyes and let my spider sense take over, dodging and flipping in all directions.

The bullets stop as they get closer, so I open my eyes and immediately sense a hand above my left shoulder, so I flip them over and onto a second person in front of me, webbing them both into the floor. I duck and narrowly avoided getting pistol whipped by some idiot. "You guys don't seem as trigger happy as normal." I comment, sending him to dreamland with one punch.
I jump over another guy, pushing his head down, rolling and landing quick enough to dodge the bullet. I web his eyes and snatch the gun away, hitting him over his head.

I take a deep breath and turn to the other guards who are threatening a small group of kids. I swing towards them, and my heart drops when I see a gun pointed at a familiar kids skull.

I lose my breath and suddenly I'm swinging faster. I see Ned's mouth moving and I can't help but wonder what he could possibly be talking about right now.

I catch sight of the clock; 10:56, it reads. I'll always remember. The shot echos throughout the gym, and I feel my heart drop to my stomach. The screams echo, too.
"We weren't supposed to kill anybody, you fucking idiot." The guy next to the gunman hissed.
"He wouldn't shut up."

I see red. One second I was swinging towards them, the next I was cradling Ned, two still bodies laying next to me; one unconscious, and one rightfully dead.
I look up at the group of horrified people, some covered in blood. "Hey, it's-" I choke on my tears. "It's okay. The avengers are coming."
One kid passes out. Another pukes. I don't pay them any mind, though I know I should. I can't even look at Ned, the ruined remains of my best friend hurting my already aching heart. I shakily move him off of my lap and onto the cold, blood-stained ground. "Come." I say, gesturing the kids to get up with me, "Come on, we're going outside to wait for help."
I wrap my arms around someone's shoulder- Alice, my mind supplies. She's trembling and can barely walk. Her nice floral shirt is embedded with a deep, blood red, and I ignore the voice in the back of my head telling me that it's blood red because it is-
