Always On My Mind

Chapter 14

Monday arrived quickly and a new week of classes started at both McKinley and Dalton after a very complicated weekend where Sectionals took place, the moral of both schools where very different. One was now very happy for the win and where about to get ready for the next phase of competition in route to Nationals, and the other one was devastated for losing in the first phase of knockouts thanks to one of their members fainting down. McKinley was quite and feeling down cause their Glee club failed to get into the next round which was Regionals which for them was the first time, also the first time in choir competition that the National Champions were out so quickly.

Right now the Glee club with Finn where on their choir room but it was completely empty as Sue Sylvester with her cheerleaders empty the place wanting this to be their new place for practice, for the coach this was the best day ever cause the end of this pathetic club as she wanted to called them was now a reality and she was really enjoying it. The guys where completey sad and disappointment that their journey in competition was now over and only they had normal school at McKinley with no other motivation than maybe pass subjects and pass the year, and the things also started to get different on the glee guys.

Finn was now seeing his fellow partners and friends wearing different types of clothes, sports uniform, cheerleader outfits, orquest members as well with instruments and some random painball outfit that Joe was wearing with his gun too. He was not so happy to see that his friends forgot quickly about their glee club and now quitted by going into other clubs in school, so Finn said a little disappointed.

"I can't believe you guys already move on, it's been just two days since Sectionals and you've all gone in separate and insane directions." Finn started saying looking at everyone in the glee club or the now maybe old members of the club with some disappointment in his voice not liking the decisions his friends made.

"Finn we lost sectionals, our season is over. You can't be upset with us moving on, it's the healthy thing to do." Tina snapped back at him still not happy but also being serious about she and the rest abandoning the glee club going to other activities or clubs instead of their regular one at McKinely.

"Is it really? Is it really the healthy thing to do, to take orders from Sue Sylvester for the rest of the year?" Finn started saying again wanting to snapped the disappointment from his friends and also the made them return to the glee club even if they are out of competition, for him they could still be in McKinley singing.

"Artie man, you basically dragged me out of that tire shop I was working telling me that this club was part of my destiny somehow. Why did you join the band of the school, I mean you look ridiculous in that outfit." Finn continued saying now at one of his best friends Artie who looked at him with regret and sadness but in some part was agreeing with Finn about glee club being important not only for him but for all of them.

"It's called a plume." Artie murmured lowely while hearing his friends talking seriously about their situation on school and glee as well.

"Whatever! Look, I'm not gonna waste my time here on the choir room yelling at you guys cause I didn't get enough time booking this place. I will only say this, tomorrow I'll be here at night for rehearse and I hope you will too. Because if you don't, then I think you're going to regret missing that oportunity for the rest of your lives, I count on you guys, I really do." Finn finished talking looking at his partners and friends telling them that he was gonna here in the auditórium waiting for every single one of them so they can be back together at the glee club and not let Sue and her negativity won over them in continue their path singing, dancing and performing.

"I'll definitely be here, I want to continue doing what I love to do." Marley said now to Finn who had a small smile and nodded to her happy that the brunnete wanted to stay just as him with the glee club no matter what happened before last week, she also liked everyone else loved to sing, dance and perform. So for her being at the glee club was something amazing, this actually changed her life thanks to the music and several performances which made her felt emotions all the time.
