I begin to think for a moment...if I remember back at Yonedgu. I had used spirit incense to help Tomoki move on. Except that we're not dealing with a deal spirit.

With all my might, I begin to pull her but the shrine was trying to suck her back in.

I looked at the three adults.

Ari, Nora-san, and Bon came to my aid and begin to pull. We needed a little more power.

Using all our might, we finally was able to pull Ruri out!

Me: Ruri!

I quickly grabbed her to prevent her from hitting the ground.

Ari: She's safe...

She passed out in my arms as the portal closes on the mirror. She's safe...we did it...

I sighed in relief...

Bon: Ugh...Glad that's over...now we can tell Boss the good news...

Nora: Alright. Let's get out of here... Kuro-san said he'll meet us later.

I grabbed the diary from the shrine along with the Nano dagger. I put them in my blue hoodie's pockets as I carried Ruri to the car. I looked back at the rice fields...
