In the night sky...was a Blood Moon...

I can't believe it...

How...How was that possible...?

Didn't the Blood Moon already appeared a few days ago...?

How was it back already in a few days...?

Usually, it takes a year or two for another to come back.

Ruri: B-Big Bro...?

I glanced down at Ruri...

She looked frightened.

Like me, she could tell something was terribly wrong.

Me: Let's go back...

Ruri: Okay...

I decided to leave the streets and go back to my place...

We passed the corner and begin to walk down the alleyway, which was the shortest route to my apartment.

What the...?

Instead of seeing my apartment...

We came face to face back on the main streets of Ikebukuro.

Me: Ehh?!!

Ruri: W-What?! But didn't we already just came from here...?

Me: Let's try again!

This time, we both broke into a run and ran down the alleyway...

Only to be back in the public streets...

Me: What the heck...?!

Ruri: Big Bro...What's going on...?

I looked down at Ruri and she was shaking.

She was more scared than usual.

I don't blame her...

Maybe if I call somebody, they'll try to help us...

I tried calling Uncle Kyotarou's number.

"The number you have dialed is not in service..."

Me: What?!

Ruri: T-That can't be possible...Daddy always picks up even if he's busy!

I tried calling Auntie Mika, Manaka, Yamada, Himeno, even Kamishiro...

I received the same message...

.....What is going on....?

A part of me is feeling is a bit uneasy with the whole scenario in front of us...

One minute, the streets of Ikebukuro were flooded with many people and the next...it's empty with the red moon looming over us ominously.

Plus, we went passed the alleyway two times already only to wonder back in the empty streets...

Was...something keeping us here...?
