2346 Tynin Alley, Gotham:

Reginald got out of his car outside of his apartment with a brown paper bag with liquor inside. He was a black man, early twenties. He had a child named Cedric inside and his wife Annie. He worked with The Joker's gang for extra cash. They lived in a poor neighborhood and drove a run down car. I understood, but I stand firm on the belief of there always being another way. I sat perched on his rooftop before dropping down behind him as he made his way up his front steps. He got ready to put the keys in the hole of his lock as he stood at the top step before hearing me drop down behind him. He froze for a moment. He looked out of the corner of his eye before untucking his shirt and pulling out a pistol from the waist of his jeans and turning, pointing his gun at me and firing. I dodged quickly and charged, knocking the gun from his hands, shoving him up against the apartment door, covering his mouth with one hand and holding his wrist with another.

"Ssshhh...you're going to be very quiet and cooperate...if you cooperate, I will let you go inside and have a peaceful meal with your family...you understand..?" I asked as he nodded his head.

"Good." I said, uncovering his mouth, but holding pressure on him against the wall,

"Its our anniversary man, please, we got the kid out, I-" he began, voice shaking before I interrupted.

"Just...cooperate Reggie..." I began.

"Why did you get gramadoyle from Ivy's All Natural Herbs shop..? You said you needed something to fight off toxins." I asked.

He gulped nervously.

"Tell me!" I demanded hastily, gripping tighter on his shirt and squeezing his wrist harder.

"AKH! Okay! Okay! Fine.." he began.

"There's new leadership in The Joker gang...we're still operating as The Joker gang..there's some new guy, I don't know who he is I swear..but someone's been paying a bunch of my boys more money under the table...a buddy of mine..Robbie...he told me about it...I got in contact with his second in command..he helped get me on the payroll." He stammered.

"Whats the gramagoyle gotta do with it..?" I asked.

"We been spiking the Joker toxins with it..to counter attack Joker toxin..Joker was trying to mass produce Joker Toxin for some big scheme he had cooking up at Ace Chemicals..I don't know what it was... we never got told much. I don't know that he even told Harley man...but the new boss man..? He caught wind...he wanted us to counter it so that we could stop Joker from spreading the toxin.." Reggie stammered.

"Where can I find some of this spiked toxin..?" I asked.

"Warehouses, shipments..the new boss is starting to move into old Joker warehouses...you can probably find some lying around.." he responded.

"Thanks for the intel." I said, releasing my grip.

"Happy anniversary." I remarked, turning and grappling to the nearest rooftop where I saw the signal high in the sky, calling me to the GCPD.

The rooftop of GCPD:

I landed on the rooftop and Jim Gordon stood there I his fedora and long brown trench coat.

"You gained some intel Bats..?" Gordon asked.

"Yes...and I'll need your help..I've only got so many eyes and ears in this city. I'm told..that gramagoyle is being spiked into Joker toxin and taken in shipments from Joker warehouses. To where..? I don't know..but it counters his toxins..someone has bought out the Joker gang...now why'd YOU call ME?" I asked.
