"Hey what about this guy!?" Alex shoves his phone back into my face to show me yet another celebrity I've never heard of.

"Eh," I shrug, "He's ok I guess." We've been doing this for almost twenty minutes now, his awkwardness from last night replaced with a never-ending amount of curiosity.

"Only ok?!" He's way too into this, "But he's so hot! And did you see his eyes?" He collapses onto the couch with a sigh, "they are so pretty."

"Alex, is there something you wanna tell me?" I smirk.

"No, I just can't believe none of these guys are hot to you?!"

"It's not like I know them or anything- besides they all look like they could be ten or twenty years older than me. I'm really not that into pedophiles."

"That doesn't mean they can't be hot!"

"Alex, why are you trying to set our brother up with pedos?" Ethan asks walking into the living room and sitting next to Alex on the couch across from me.

"I'm not! I showed him like fifty guys and he didn't find any of them attractive even though they are clearly god's gifts to earth." Ethan looks at him, a mixture of judgment and amusement dancing across his face.

"Are you serious?"

"Yeah?"

"Oh my god," he starts cracking up, "I'm so sorry for him Aiden, oh my goodness that's hilarious." I just shake my head with a small smile.

"What!" Alex exclaimed defensively, his voice getting pretty loud and making me tense up.

"Alex, he's gay not attracted to everything that moves."

"But these guys are so hot! And he's just like 'eh'," He throws his arms up in exasperation, "I don't get it!"

Ethan raises an eyebrow at him still laughing, "Never change bud, never change."

Alex, fake pouting, crosses his arms and turns away from Ethan, "Whatever..."

Ethan and I share a smile at his grumbling, his childlike behavior is peculiar to me. Turning back to the window I gaze out at the street letting my mind wander as I watch the cars speed by.

"AIDEN?!" the shout echos through the house, making my heart race. I shoot up and sprint towards Ellie's room. I make it there with Ethan and Alex at my heels and fling the door open

Standing at the foot of the bed is a dripping wet Ellie in nothing but a towel,  her entire wardrobe strewn across her bed. Glazing her over quickly and determine that she doesn't look injured I start to search around her room and make sure there's no one in here. She catches my arm as I go to fling her bathroom door open.

"Aiden? What the hell are you-" her eyes widen as she sees my panicked face, "Shit, shit Aiden? A," She grips my shoulders forcing my darting eyes to lock with hers, "I'm fine, I'm ok."

"But you..." I trail off trying to control my breathing, " I-I thought... You're ok?"

She nods, "Yeah, yeah I'm fine. I didn't mean to scare you I just need help picking out a shirt. Like nothing I own fits me anymore. I-I forgot you would," She hesitates, looking up towards our brothers at the door, "I'm sorry A."

I run a hand through my hair taking a deep breath, "Fuck El, you really scared me." I pull her into a hug, still trying to calm down.

"Is everything ok?" Jayden asks, when did he get here? He hangs back clearly trying not to interrupt but extremely confused about what just happened.
