Anonymous -Hyunjin story

Chapter Twenty three

Me:"What?"
Hana:"MY SHOES!"
Me:"What about them?"
-I look down to find her shoes full of drool of Tekito.-
Me:"Oh."
Hana:"Do something!"
-I took them I try to clean them. It was better than nothing. Then I cleaned the floor.-
Hana:"Now I don't have a drink."
Me:"Oh stop it. I'll just buy you another one."
-I know I shouldn't do this but I don't want her to be angry or else I'll have a headache and I hate those.-

-After ordering another drink at Starbucks, we got to the park near the school where my friends were waiting for me.-
Yeji:"Hey Girl!"
Hyunjin:"Hey princess!"
-Hana Blushed at Hyunjin's greeting. But when she realized he was talking to me she hid her face out of embarrassment. Yeji and Hyunjin completely ignored her. Jeongin on the other side was happy to see her.-
Jeongin:"Hey Hana!"
Hana:"Uh, hey ..you."
-She made an uninterested face.-
Jeongin:"I'm so happy that you said yes to my invitation!"
Hana:"Don't get to cocky. I'm going with you because no one else asked me."
Me:"Woah I'm surprised you didn't ask Hyunjin!"
-He glared at me.-
Hana:"He rejected me."
-I was holding by laugh.-
Yeji:"BAHAHAHAHAHAHA"
-She burst out laughing, hit her palm on the table and almost fell of the bench.-
Hana:"Ugh! It's not funny!"
-At the same moment Hana's friend arrived to pick her up.-
Hana:"Anyway I got to go losers. Peace."
-We all rolled our eyes.-

[The next day: Thursday evening]

-I was watching Adventure time with Alex when we suddenly heard the front door open.-
Mom:"We are back!"
Alex's mom:" Alex?"
Alex:"Mom!!!!"
-They greeted each other and then she looked at me.-
Alex's mom:"Everything went fine?"
- I simply nodded.-
Alex's Mom:"Thank you so much."
Me:"It's no problem really. Alex was a sweetheart."
-She smiled.-
-His dad was waiting in their car.-

-We said bye and I jumped back on the couch while my parents were unpacking their stuff.-

[Time skip: A month later: mid-April, School]

Teacher:"So as you guys know, final exams are coming pretty soon as well as your prom. so today we are going to do a practice exam. But before, I was I formed that the theme of this year Prom is masked ball."
-We talked 30 minutes about the prom. But all I was thinking is, which color my dress will be.-

[Time skip: Early may, Saturday. Mall]

-I was at the mall with Yeji. We went to buy our prom dress. I really want to know who wrote this letter so I chose to go with a red dress.-
Yeji:"Are you sure it's worth it? As far as I know red isn't your favorite color."
-She's sitting on a bench waiting for me as I try on a few red dresses. She already got her dress.-
Me:"I told you many times that I want to know who this anonymous person is!"
Yeji:"Aish, you're too curious Y/n."
Me:"I know..can you help me zip this one please I can't reach it."
Yeji:"Sure"
-She got up to help me. I look at myself in the mirror.-
Yeji:"You should take this one. You're literally stunning."
Me:"Thank you."
-I changed myself back into my clothes and went to try a few pair of shoes and jewelries. When I finally made choice I went to pay.-
Yeji:"Now it's time to buy a mask."
Me:"Do you have an idea where to buy one?"
Yeji:"No, except the dollar store."
Me:"wait."
-I took my phone and searched online.-
Me:"Look, it say that there's a Boutique near here where we can buy this kind of stuff."
Yeji:"Let's go then"
-When we arrived there, we were welcomed by a middle aged man.-
Man:"Welcome welcome, how can I help you today?"
-He said slowly.-
Yeji:"We are searching for some masks."
-She showed the man a picture of what we were searching.-
Man:"Ah yes. Follow me."
-He leads us towards a section of the store. There was a bunch of beautiful masks.-
Man:"There you go."
Me:"Thank you."
-I bowed. He returns behind the counter.-
Yeji:"I think I'll pick this one what about you?"
Me:"I don't know. They are all so beautiful."
Yeji:"I think this one will fit more with your dress."
Me:"You think?"
-She nods-
Me:"Okay then."
-We payed and then head over to her house."
Me:"Did the teacher said where the prom will be ?"
Yeji:"As far as I know I think it'll be either in the school gym or in a hotel."
Me:"Okay."
-Then Hyunjin out of nowhere popped up-
Hyunjin:"It'll be in a hotel."
-He said leaning on the door frame.-
Yeji:"Thank you for the information brother but I would like to be alone with Y/n."
Hyunjin:"She's my friend too."
Yeji:"Yes I know but it's been a while since we passed time just her and I."
Hyunjin:"Oh yeah, you guys just bought your dress right? Can I see.?"
Me:"No."
-He looked at me with a sad face.-
Hyunjin:"Why?"
Me:"Because it's a masked ball. I don't want you to recognize me hehe."
Hyunjin:"But you'll be able to recognize Yeji?"
Me:"Yes."
Hyunjin:"But it's not fair!"
Yeji:"It is."
Hyunjin:"It's not! Anyway, with who are going again?"
Yeji:"Jongho?!"
Hyunjin:"Not you dummy."
Me:"I don't know."
Hyunjin:"What do you mean you don't know?"
Me:"A few months ago I got an anonymous letter asking me for prom."
Hyunjin:"Huh can I see?"
Me:"I don't have it with me now."
Hyunjin:"And you never told me?"
Me:"It slipped out of my mind."
Hyunjin:"Were you aware of it?"
-He point at his sister.-
-She nods-
Hyunjin:"And you didn't tell me either ?"
Yeji:"You didn't ask me!"
Hyunjin:"Because I didn't know!"
Yeji:"Anyway. I had an idea. What if this summer to celebrate our graduation, we visit Japan?"
Me:"Okay but how can we afford to go there?"
Yeji:"With money?
Me:"From where?"
Yeji:"Work?"
-I never really mentioned it but Me, Hyunjin, Yeji and Jeongin work in a cafe since January.-
Me:"And you think we are paid enough to afford a trip to Japan?"
Hyunjin:"If we put our money together it's possible."
Me:"Okay then."
