Chapter Twenty two

-At this moment I was mentally praying to not be paired With Hana. I know how much this teacher love putting enemies together.-
Teacher:"Finally, Y/n and Hana."
-The worst just happen. And at my surprise, the moment I looked at Hana, she just simply smiled at me.-
Teacher:"Alright, you can go sit next to your partner and I'll go see each team to tell your subject."
-Hana quickly took a place next to me.-
Hana:"Hey girl!"
Me:"Hey.."
-I just look away uninterested.-
Hana:"Listen, I know we aren't friends, I know you don't want to be friends with me and I totally understand because I don't want to be yours either. But since I have to be nice, and that now we are in a team together, let's just collaborate okay?"
Me:"Yeah sure whatever."
-At the same time the teacher came.-
Teacher:"The subject for both of you is "The importance of Team work." Okay?"
Me:"Huh? What kind of subject is that?"
Hana:"Yes Ma'am!"
-I then realized that the teacher might have heard us earlier. As the teacher walk away Hana turn her head towards me.-
Hana:"Can we continue this at YOUR place tonight?"
-She insisted on The "YOUR" because she exactly know that I'm neighbors with Hyunjin."
Me:"I can't. I have to take care of my moms friend son."
Hana:"I don't care. I want to do it tonight at YOUR place."
Me:"But I just told you-"
-She cut me off by putting her index finger on my lips indicating me to Stop talking.-

[Later that day: Elementary school, parking lot.]

-I was waiting for Alex with Hana. She insisted on coming with me so we can have more time for the project. I Personally think that she want to be early so she can spy on Hyunjin from my room. But a thing she doesn't know is that Hyunjin and Yeji switched their bedroom. So now we can see Her room from mine.-
Hana:"Why is it so long ?"
-She whines.-
Me:"Ugh, I warned you 5 times Hana. You still decided to come."
Hana:"Yeah so we can finish this quicker! I have other plans tonight."
Me:"Yeah sure, I know that you just want to go to my room so you can spy on My friend."
Hana:"Pfft I absolutely don't know what you're talking about."
-She rolled her eyes.-
Alex:"Y/n!!!!!!"
-I saw him running towards the car.-
Me:"Hello Alex!"
-I said as he sit at the back.-
Me:"How was your day?"
- I say looking at the mirror, ready to drive away.-
Alex:"It was boring."
Me:"Why?"
Alex:"I hate math.."
Me:"Ah I see."
Alex:"We had art class though. It was fun."
Me:"Good."
-I say, exiting the parking lot.-
Hana:"Ugh, hello? I'm still here you know?"
Alex:"Noona? Who's that?"
Hana:"Glad you ask-"
-She started to talk with proud. But I cut her off-
Me:"She's a girl from my class. We are going to work on a school project."
Alex:"Oh okay."
-He simply said smiling looking at the window, revealing the city.-
Hana:"Hey! YOU are gonna work on it."
-I scoffed.-
Me:"HUh? WE are going do it together. YOU insisted on coming with me picking up Alex."
Hana:"Huh, fine whatever."
-She said looking in her pocket mirror, applying her pink gloss.-

-We arrived a few minutes later. Hyunjin arrived at the same moment.-
Hana:"Hyunjin! Baby!"
Hyunjin:"AHHHH!"
-Yeji suddenly got out of the car. Her eyes widened at the sight of Hana.-
Yeji:"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE YOU-"
Me:"Yeji calm down. She wanted to come here because we have a project together."
Yeji:"Ah yes.."
Alex:"Hyunjin!!"
-He said running towards my guy friend.-
Hyunjin:"Hello little dude. How are you?"
-He hugged him.-
Alex:"I'm good"
-They both smiled.-
Hyunjin:"That's good"
-He said kneeled down to be his height, ruffling the little boy's hair.-
Hana:"Y/n! can we go inside now!"
Me:"Yeah yeah.."
-I opened my doors and for the first time Tekito barked. Not at me, nor Alex. But at Hana.-
Hana:"Ahh! What is this creature!"
-She said, startled.-
Alex:"It's my dog. Tekito!"
-He said proudly as I closed the front door.-
Hana:"Ew, what kind of name is that?"
-She said with a face of disgust.-
Alex:"Hey! I chose it. It's a great name."
Hana:"Hum, sorry?"
Alex:"Mmh"
-He crossed his arms and firmly walk away towards the living room.-
Me:"Anyway, where do you want to work."
Hana:"Duh your bedroom!"
Me:"Hum, fine. Alex? We'll be in my room okay? If you need anything just tell me."
Alex:"Okay!"
-We went upstairs and the first thing Hana did was running towards my room and immediately go look at my window.-
Me:"You are currently looking at Yeji's room right now."
-I say not looking at her.-
Hana:"Ew! I mean ... oh..anyway. We should start!"
-She said clapping her hands and then sit on my bed.-

[2 hours later: 19h]

Me:"Finally, we are done."
Hana:"Yay!"
Me:"Okay you can go now."
Hana:"Hum, do I need to remind you that I have no ride back home?"
Me:"Call Felix or take the bus?"
Hana:"No. can YOU take me home please?"
Me:"No sorry. It's almost Alex bedtime I need to take care of him."
Hana:"Fine then I'll stay for the night!"
Me:"No! Absolutely not."
Hana:"Why not?"
Me:"Because I don't want to."
Hana:"Ugh fine. I'll call Felix."
-After a few minutes she ended the call and turned to me.-
Hana:"He can't. See? Either you take me home. Or I sleep here tonight!"
Me:"Call a cab or take the bus!"
Hana:"Huh excuse me? No! I hate those!"
Me:"I'm not taking you home."
Hana:"Please y/n I really don't want to take the bus you have no idea how much I'm disgusted to take those."
-I just started laughing.-
Hana:"What's funny?"
-She crossed her arms, and looked at me while narrowing her eyebrows.-
Me:"You know what, I don't have energy left to argue with you. You can stay for the night."
Hana:"Really?"
Me:"Yes but you'll sleep on the couch."
-Her eyes became as big as a coin.-
Hana:"HELL NO."
Me:"It's that or nothing."
Hana:"Don't you have a guest bedroom? Or something?"
Me:"Yes I do."
Hana:"Then why can't I sleep there?"
Me:"Because you don't deserve it."
Hana:"Listen, it's been a week now since I'm trying to be nice. I think I deserve it."
Me:"Fair enough. But it's only a week. And you've been mean to me since like what, forever?"
Hana:"Please!"
Me:"Ugh, you're annoying. fine!"
-I show her the guest room.-
Me:"Okay I'll go check up on Alex now."
-When I arrived in The living room, I was welcomed by a sleeping Alex on the couch with a bit of pizza sauce from diner on his cheek. I chuckled.-
-I took him bridal style and went to put him in my parents bed since Hana is taking the guest room for the night.-

[Next morning: Wednesday, 8:30 AM]

-Class start at 10h this morning, and I just came back from taking Alex to school. Our parents are coming back tomorrow. When I opened the door, I witness Hana trying to cook something in the kitchen.-
Me:"What are you doing?"
Hana:"AAH"
-She screamed at my presence and dropped an egg on the floor.-
Hana:"Look what you made me do!"
Me:"You didn't have to try to cook you know?"
Hana:"I was hungry okay?"
Me:"Ugh. Listen, I know you're not my friend but I still got you a muffin from Starbucks."
Hana:"How do you know I like their muffins?"
Me:"Because I saw you having one once."
Hana:"And did you got me something to drink?"
Me:"No."
-I smirked.-
Hana:"What?!"
Me:"I was joking!"
-I rolled my eyes. I regret spending money for her but she was still my guest. And my parents always told me to respect our guests.-
Hana:"Where is it?"
-I hand over her drink.-
Me:"Do you wanna stay here or?"
Hana:"Where do you suggest?"
Me:"I don't know. Is the park okay? My friends will be there."
-She smiled, of course because she knows Hyunjin will be there.-
Hana:"Of course."
-We head over to the front door.-
Hana:"AAAAAH"
-She dropped her drink.-
