Anonymous -Hyunjin story

Chapter Fourteen

Yeji:"Why! I keep losing at these games!
Me:"You need to be patient Yeji!"
Yeji:"I have no patience.."
Me:"Oh my god.."*facepalm*
Mark:"And we WON AGAIN!"*he made a high five with Jeno*
Yeji:"That's it I'm tired.. can we play something else?"
Hyunjin:"I mean....it's either this game or monopoly which takes forever to play.."
Me:"I think I'm gonna stop for the night.. I'll go to bed.."
Yeji:"Me too. Have fun boys!"
Hyunjin:"I- okay ..Good night!"
-We left our cards on the table and went to bed.-

[Thursday Morning; December 25th]

-Today's the day! Not only it's Christmas but also the day where Mark and Jeno are going back in town...-
Mom:"You're sure you can't stay a bit longer ?"
Mark:"Haha no auntie, I really have to go. My mom is waiting for me."
Dad:"Well it was really fun seeing you again mark! I hope you'll come by more often!"
Mark:"Yeah I hope!"
Me:"I'll miss you cousin"-I said while hugging him.-
Mark:"me too"
-Yeji and the rest said their goodbyes and we did the same with Jeno.-

Yeji:*Sigh* "Now it's just the four of us.."
Hyunjin:"It's not that bad..."
Me:"No..no it's not.."-I said hoping to make us believe it's really not.-
Jeongin:"No of course not.."
-We all looked straight in front of us sitting on the couch. Fixing the air.-
Us:"okay yeah it's really bad."
-we all said at the same time-
Jeongin:"I think this is the first time that I feel bored with y'all .."
Hyunjin:"yah!"
Me:"I agree with Jeongin.. but at the same time.. they just left, maybe if we do something our behaviour will come back!"
Them:"ok let's try!"

-Even after 4 hours we still felt that way.. fortunately, my mom and dad arrived with the Christmas diner and the presents. And My friends parents too.-

[Gifts time]

Me:"Ok so this one is for mom and dad."
-I said while giving them a box.-

Dad:"Sweetheart.."-He started looking inside the box.-
Mom:"That's amazing!"-She said, continuing my fathers sentence with almost tears in her eyes, looking at me.-
Dad:"That's all the pictures you took of us since you were 13?"
Me:"Yep! And I put them in an album!"
-I said pointing at it.-
-They both thanked me and then I gave Jeongin's present.-
Jeongin:"Oh wow! Thanks Y/n!"-he said hugging me.-
~I bought him a new coat since the one he have is starting to rip apart..and then I gave Hyunjin's present.His face when he opened it was priceless haha!~

Hyunjin:"Hum... a hairband? Thanks?"
Me:"I didn't know what to get you because you have all the things you've wanted and the worker told me they were on sale......so..."
Hyunjin:"*put it on* Tsk..Hairband!"

Yeji:"Hahahahaha"
Me:"And here's your gift Yeji!"
-I bought her a cute dress.-
Yeji:"AHHH THANK YOU SO MUCH!"
-She ran up to me and hugged me. I almost fell.-

-After that my parents gave me my presents and some little gift to my friends and their parents did the same.-

-Later that night when I went to bed, a sudden thought came up. The anonymous letter. I haven't think of it in a long time because it didn't bother me that much but now that prom is in a few months... (5-6) I really wondered who this anonymous person is BUT before I could think of it more, my eyes closed as I was getting into a deep sleep.-

[Friday morning: December 26th]

Jeongin:"I'll really miss this place!"
Me:"Same.."
Yeji:"Why did we have to leave so fast!!"
Hyunjin:"I prefer home but I agree this place was awesome!"
-we said all looking towards the mountains as we drive back home.-
Yeji:"What was your favorite thing there?"
Me:"The warmth and Comfort of this place as well as the deer that I saw."
Yeji:"mmh!"
Jeongin:"The view !!!!"
Hyunjin:"Everything!!"

[Later]

-We are finally back home.-
Me:"Ah! Home sweet home!"-I said entering my house.-
Mom:"I'll go unpack our stuff honey can you order a take out please?"-She said to my dad-
Dad:"Sure honey. Y/n ? Do you want to help me choose?"
Me:"Okay!"
-I sat on the couch with my dad to choose where to eat. When we finally made a choice, my dad called the place to order and I went to unpack my stuff.-

-When the food arrived, we sat in the living room and watched a movie.-

[A few days later: December 30th]

-Today, me and my family are preparing the things for tomorrow's new year eves party. So me and my mom will go to the grocery store to buy food while my dad is planning the activities.-

-Arrived at the grocery store, I was waiting for my mom in an alley and as I waited, I saw someone I didn't want to see. one of Hana's best friend.. I knew she noticed me too because we had an awkward eye contact for like 3 seconds before turning our heads away. I looked back and I saw her whispering something Into someone ear. Turns out it was Hana. They looked at me, laughed and walked away.-

[Later]

Mom:"Honey we are home!"-She said putting the grocery bags on the kitchen counter.-
~My dad walked down the stairs with his phone on his ear meaning he was on the phone with someone.~
Dad:"Huhu, yeah okay, hold on 2 seconds."-He looked back at us to say he was on the phone with one of his brother and he'll be back to us in a few minutes. Then he went back upstairs.-
Mom:"Mmh.. I wonder what happened.."
Me:"why do you think something happened?"
Mom:"Well, he's rarely on the phone with his brother."
Me:"Well isn't he supposed to come tomorrow?"
Mom:"Yes but, it was planned a few days ago.."
Me:"He probably had to cancel for something else?"
Mom:"I don't know.. we'll see.."
Me:"Mark is supposed to come...right?"
