Parking my car, I saw Evy, her hands loaded with shopping bags.

"Let me help you!" I only had two bags with me whilst she has four in each.

"Thank you!" She released all her bags on me smiling brightly. I stumbled a little with the impact but somehow managed to hold them all.

"How's your day?" she asked me grinning as she opened the door.

"Good. Yours?"

"Mine was awesome. We watched a movie together, did the shopping and......" She suddenly stopped walking and I gazed up to find what's wrong.

"holy shit," she yelled grabbing their attention.

"Eww Rich. I don't know you have your room for decoration." I peeked at them to find Rich and a blonde girl kissing each other tangled on the sofa. On hearing Evy's voice she pushed him, her cheeks cherry red with embarrassment. Caught off guard, Rich fell down with a soft thud.

"Ouch, that hurts!" Rich whined and laid down on the floor, pouting like a small kid.

"What hurts?" aunt Emma asked, a soft smile on her face as she joined us, uncle beside her. Rich stood up and dusted his clothes.

"And here you told me there is no one in your house," the blonde girl grumbled crossing her hands over her chest.

"Babe, that's not my fault. There wasn't anyone before," Rich tried to reason out but she shut him up.

"It's the same." She glared at him.

"Sorry for the trouble. I'm leaving now," She gushed before picking her bag and phone and scurried away.

"Hey! Listen to me!" Rich yelled as he raced towards her.

"Kids these days!" aunt gushed smiling, slightly shaking her head in amusement.

"Anyone wants pie?"

"Meee!" Evy and Uncle yelled cheerfully raising their right hands like kids. Aunt looked at me for my answer.

"I would love to," I replied politely. She raised her eyebrow at me while I stared at her bewildered. Envy nudged my side and whispered, "Say it like us."

I dropped the bags on the floor and raised my hand like them. "Me too."

"I can't hear you." She placed her hand behind her ear, pretending like she is trying hard to listen to me.

"Me!"

"That's better." She sprinted towards me. Smiling at me, she pulled my cheeks and looked into my eyes, "You don't need to be so uptight. You need to loosen yourself. No need to be formal every time."

"Caring for others is a wonderful thing but," she paused and placed her hands on my shoulders, her gaze......It feels like she is seeing right through me.
