Days later Kuroko was released from the hospital, and now with Daihasesai approaching fast, everybody has been busy especially Kuroko even though she herself was just released. Being a loyal judgment member she is, she doesn't want to abandon her role.
So instead of preparing for the games for the said festival, because of her injuries, she was told to set aside and don't do anything reckless.
She and Uiharu was doing their jobs knowing that this Festival will be something big. Also to mention that people outside the Academy City will be attending. Like the parents of the students or a rich person trying to see if Academy City will be worth their sponsorship.
Set aside the two judgement officers, Saten was also preparing for the festival, even though their school is not that known, and with her being a Level 0, it wouldn't hurt to try out for the games. She knows that her family isn't that wealthy but she knows that they will be watching her. Despite Academy City being strict, they are holding this event for people outside to see what really is going on to the City who is 30 years advanced when it comes to technology compared to them.
Despite not seeing her family personally, Saten knows that they are supporting her, the charm that her mom gave her has a reason being with her after all.
Meanwhile our Mikoto in the other hand, she was busy preparing as well, being the pride of Tokiwadai and all.
*FLASHBACK 3 DAYS BEFORE THE CURRENT TIME*
Mikoto was walking down the Skywalk on the way to visit Kuroko in the hospital when she passed by three kids having troubles on one of the kid's toy which was malfunctioning.
She doesn't know why she approached them but she did anyway.
Did she felt like they were Kuroko? Or maybe there was something elー
"Uwahhh! Now it's working"
Her thoughts was cut off when the children gasp in amusement.
"Thank you beautiful Onee-chan!" The girl with pigtails beamed at her.
She didn't know when she started fixing the malfunctioning toy but either way, seeing the girl smile at her brightly tugged her heartstrings.
"You're welcome, sweetie. But I need to go, I still need to visit a friend in the hospital." She ruffled the girl's hair as she stood up straightway. "Take care you three, go home before it goes dark."
And so she started her journey to the hospital.
As she arrived Kuroko's room, she saw that Uiharu and Saten was already there talking with her in a hushed voices , but was halted when they heard the room's door open.
"Am I interrupting something?" Mikoto asked.
"N-no, not at all Onee-sama." Kuroko hurriedly replied her. "We were just talking about Judgement work, right Uiharu? "
"That's right!"
"Hmm, alright" she simply replied.
The other three then heaved a relieved sigh as they got through another lie to Mikoto. Painful as it is to lie to her, it was for her own sake.
"Anyways, I got something to tell you guys." Mikoto said as she sat next to Kuroko was Saten ushered her to sit down.
The three gave her a curious look. It was the first time on Mikoto's new life that she is as if trying to make gossips.
"Our school's director said that I might be a representative on the upcoming Daihasesai. "
"Wait really?! That's a great news Misaka-san!" Uiharu said clasping both her hands.
"Yeah! Like imagine being the representative, you might get donors or maybe sponsors! Isn't that amazing?!" Saten jumped to get close to Mikoto who leaned back a little, surprised by her friend's behavior.
"They are right, Onee-sama."
"BUT, as I said its still 'might' so don't get your hopes high, girls." Mikoto winked playfully.
The girls then made a '0' action with their lips indicating that they were shocked with what Mikoto just did.
"So, anyways I'm just waiting for the school director then I'll tell you guys the news." Mikoto said.
The four girls continued to talk about their day and the things happening and is about to happen in Academy City.

Earlier when Mikoto hasn't arrive yet.
"Misaka-san will be arriving half an hour from now..." Uiharu informs the girls.
With serious expressio, Kuroko nodded her head in understandment. Saten in the other hand went on the sit right next to Kuroko, crossing both her arms in her chest in a deep thought.
" Pennies for your thoughts Saten-san?" Uiharu said sitting in the opposite side from where Saten is sitting.
"It's just, as time goes by, Misaka-san's memories are going back, Kuroko did say that Misaka-san mentioned something about a guy she called 'idiot'." she sighed. "I'm worried she might hate us for lying and keeping secrets from her."
"Saten-san..." Uiharu said.
"You're right, but I know if we'll just tell her why we did it, I think she will understand. For the short time I've been with Onee-sama, she's really an understanding person even with the new person she is now, that I'm glad about that personality not changing." Kuroko sighed in relief as she leaned back on the pillow supporting her back.
Silence engulfed the hospital room.
"I have a bad feeling the things that will be happening in the near future." Saten broke the silence.
"SATEN-SAN?!" Uiharu screeched. "Don't jinx things will you?!"
"Please don't think negative things Saten-san, let's focus on the matter that is important right now." Kuroko placed a hand on her face.
"Right... Spectre-san, she was warning us about, she said that we should keep an eye on Misaka-san, especially that Daihasesai is fast approaching." Saten became serious.
"I don't understand about the warning but hearing and looking by her expression, we should really take it seriously as well." Uiharu said. "I know I feel like I'm evading her privacy but in order to check on her, I hacked her phone to locate her."
"In this situation, it's understandable, Uiharu. This will only stay on us three. For the sake of Onee-sama." Kuroko then looked at them. "For the sake of Spectre's warning."
As Kuroko finished what she was saying Misaka went inside looking at them confused for the serious looks on their faces.
"Am I interrupting something?" Misaka asked.

Somewhere in Academy City
In the shadow, there are people gathered in the table they seemed to be discussing something. But their voices were in a hushed voices that makes people think that they can only be heard by the person that is seated next to them.
"Everyone, Ladies and Gentlemen, it seems that the time has come..." the person sitting in front of the long table made their voice a little bit louder for everyone to hear. "Are you guys ready?"
