Basically, you (Y/n) were in a traumatic car accident in 2018. You went into a coma that lasted 3 years until doctors woke you up. The time in a coma, you were dreaming everything said in the book before you woke up. You dreamed about being a streamer, having a child, and being with Dream (Clay). None of the events ever 'actually' happened in the universe that Y/n was in a coma in, they were imaginations. You were really still with Jay who was actually a good guy.
