[HxH] Kite X Reader - Hunting Master!

Chapter 1

(Y/N) POV...

My name is (Y/N). I am 18 years old, and best friends with Gon and Killua who are both 12 years old. They enjoy my company and I enjoy thier company as well. They are soo eager, friendly and often tease. I didn't want to return home because my family always abused me, so I decided to become a hunter to make my life easier, but it was the opposite. It is soo difficult, but better than being heartbroken and injured by your own parents.

Gon understood my past and Killua did too...

Gon is an Enchancer.

Killua is a Tranmuter.

I am also a Transmuter. I can turn my aura in environmental materials. For example, water and grass. It really helps when I need it most. I also have this killers curse that my nails turn into claws and I get some fangs and anger issues, but it only happens when I lose my cool. Similar to Killua.

I have been travelling by myself for the last few months. I have seen many people along the way. Such as: Leorio, Kurapika, Hisoka, Illumi, Razer, Hanzo and many others which we met on this very long journey. I took place in Greed Island where I saw Gon and Killua again before I left them mid-game to find out more information.

I then left the game once Gon and Killua completed the game.

One month has passed since the Greed Island game made way to Hunters, and (Y/N) has been doing pretty well. She had loads of money, more skills and strength with her Nen Abilities. She has become a traveller and made friends with the animals of the wild.

She even raised a bear that was caught in a trap from poachers. It was now big and healthy and went to find a mate and so on. 

She noticed some flying creatures recently, so she used her Zetsu to hide her presence since she entered the forest. However, there has been one creature that has been deeply bugging her.

The creature was a human looking woman with cat features.

She saw some bodies of giant insects and other creatures before seeing muddy forsteps from humans.

"Humans have been here recently! I have to track them down!" She then began to use her instincts to follow the humans.

"I don't believe it!" Kite crouched down as Gon and Killua walked up to him.

"What's wrong, Kite?" Killua asked, now quieter than before.

"Gon, Killua... run." He told them as they gasped in confusion. "I said go! Get out of here right now!" He looked back at the younger boys, sweat covering his face. He knew this creature was like no other. "Get away!" He yelled as he pushed back the boys, and blocking the attacking causing his arm to get cut off completely.

Gon and Killua were in pure shock at what just happened. The girl with cat features looked deadly at the boys as they gasped, but the green-haired male was angry.

"I smell blood!" (Y/N) yelled and quickly found all four bodies. "H-Huh? Gon... Killua..." She was frozen in place and saw the arm that was on the ground. Gon looked at the arm then back at the creature before unleashing his nen out of nothing but anger.

"Idiot!" Kite yelled as Killua swiftly knocked Gon unconscious. (Y/N) gasped and knew the strange adult male was a friend to them.

"Hey!" She interrupted as Killua looked at her.

"(Y-Y/N)..." He picked up Gon. "Y-Your here..."

"Wise decision, Killua. Now take Gon and get out of here!" He yelled the last part as Killua looked at (Y/N) and ran off. "And you!"

(Y/N)'s POV...

"And you!" The stranger yelled at me. If he is a friend of Gon and Killua's then he is a friend of mine to, and I am not letting him be killed by the likes of this digusting excuse of a hybrid.

"I am not going anywhere!" I charged at the woman, but she used nails or whatever to cut my waist and punched me to the ground. "Argh!" I layed on the floor as he gasped.

The man used his nen to make a robotic clown face which can talk and be very cocky. All I heard was 'better hope for a good number'... what did it mean?

"So you can do that stuff too?" The woman with cat ears asked, slightly amused by this as I slowly got back up onto my feet and began to get angry. "Hmm, your weak." She laughed at me and threw me into a tree. The man got ready to fight, but I could tell he was badly wounded and not capable of putting up a match.

They both attacked each other, and the cat woman clearly won as the man fell to the floor in even more pain. This broke me.

I screamed as my nen turned into a blue colour and my killer's curse corrupted me, causing me to now have claws and fangs. My hands were also fire. I charged at her and managed to make her nose bleed, but it wasn't enough. She broke my arm, but not clean off my body, and kicked my gut, causing me to vomit up blood.

"Hmm, you are a lot stronger than I thought." He smiled.

"L-Leave u-us... alone..." I groaned before collasping next to the man. She saw thw determination in my eyes and scoffed and left us alone. "H-Hey... Mister?"
