you threw yourself on your comfortable but messy bed.
your boyfriend was probably still streaming and probably hasn't noticed you came back from work
you were exhausted and had no energy for anything
you sighed as you had no one to annoy.
you went on your phone and scrolled and scrolled until you were sick of the screen.
there was literally nothing to do.
were you hungry or just bored?
what's there to even eat?
your thoughts were just getting dumber at this point.
you rolled over and stuffed your face in your pillow.
you hear the door slowly creak open.
your stomach got those butterflies whenever punz was done with streaming.
that meant a lot of affection and attention.
you felt his body lay down right next to yours,
his arm wrapping around your waist, pulling your body close to his.
you finally turn around and nuzzle your head in his chest.
"i missed you." he said softly while caressing your hair.
you weakly smiled, just wanting to sleep.
"i missed you more." you said
he giggled at your sleepy voice.
"how was the stream?" you asked
"it was great, stopped short since i wanted to talk to you." he said, smiling weakly
"shut up before i literally give you my hand in marriage" you said laughing
"i love streaming, but i'd much rather take care of you. i know how tired you come from work." he said
you lift your head and looked into his eyes.
he smiled
"which also brings me to my next point, i brought some of your favorite champagne for tonight, if you're still up for it..." he said
you nodded
"i need that desperately." you said giggling
"but i need to shower first." you said sighing
"how about a bubble bath? only if you want to of course." punz suggested
"are you and the champagne included?" you asked furrowing your eyebrows.
he laughed
"of course."
you slowly started getting up, being tempted by the warm water rushing over your body and some champagne
punz had scooped you into his arms and brought you to the bathroom
you giggled at how fast he was to pick you up.
he set you down gently on the counter and grabbed towels for you both.
"stay here and sit pretty, i'll get everything prepared." punz said patting your knee before heading to the kitchen.
you hopped off the counter and grabbed the bottle of aromatherapy lavender liquid.
you twisted the knob on the bath tub and let it fill up at a warm temperature.
you slowly added the bubble mixture
punz came in with two champagne flutes and one rose gold bottle.
you smiled and helped set the cups up on the brown wooden stool besides the tub
it looked so aesthetic
you turned around and gave him a tight hug.
"you really are the best." you said
"this is all for you. just focus on yourself tonight." punz said
you nodded and smiled.
"the bath is ready, hop in whenever you're ready." punz said pulling his hoodie over his head.
you blushed at the sight and also started to undress.
your clothes were scattered all over the bathroom floor
you slowly got into the tub.
the warm water quickly put your mind at ease, as the champagne bubbled down your throat.
you look over at punz who was across from you and quickly felt safe
this is everything you needed.
you both were in the tub for more than an hour.
sometimes talking and laughing and some moments of comfortable silence.
you started to doze off a couple times, and you had decided it was time for bed.
you wrapped the towel around your bare body as punz wrapped his towel around his waist.
you changed into an oversized shirt and waited for punz to finish dressing himself.
you were heading to the bedroom until you felt two strong arms lift you up.
he gently placed you on the bed and tucked himself in after.
you turn to face him and placed your hand on his neck, caressing his jaw with your thumb.
he snakes his arm around your waist and played with the hem of your shirt.
you blush and get closer to him.
his lips hover yours, teasing you
you got annoyed and decided to go for it.
his lips smooth and perfectly melting into yours.
his hands slowly going up your thigh.
your hand slowly starts to travel down to his forearm
his fingers brushing over the bare skin above your waist, lifting your shirt up a bit.
he caressed the smooth skin with his thumb and teasingly bit your lip.
you let out an unexpected whine, causing him to huff out a laugh.
"get your sleep before you get too excited." punz said giggling.

"i love you." he mumbled
"i love you more."
