Bokuto sat on his throne watching as his kingdom burnt down around him. This was the end of the war. He knew what was about to come.
" One day... One day we'll be a family together. Our happily ever after will come soon. " Akaashi stepped into the throne room quoting the letter Bokuto had written. The silver haired man looked at the raven from his broken thrown.
" Why are you here Keiji.. Came to rub it in I lost... The legend was wrong. You lived.. " The sun sighed.
" Dumbass. I'm here because the legend hasn't ended yet. And on the way here I realized something. " The moon spoke approaching the king.
" Your kingdom might have fallen.. Mine stands, and I've learned. That it's hard ruling a kingdom and raising a daughter by yourself " Bokuto looked at the raven raising an eyebrow. Akaashi pulled the over grown owl up. The moon connecting there lips into a soft kiss.
" You may never love me again Songbird.. But I'm afraid of death.. I'm afraid of leaving our daughter behind. I know the other ending was us marrying.. So I'll marry you to end this war. I won't get mad if you decide on being with someone else. I know this will only be a one sided thing" Akaashi hugged Bokuto tight.
" But I'm tired of fighting. So if simple gold rings, and a hallow 'I do' is what it takes.. Then I'll do what is best to end this "
" I'm tired to Velvet Red.. But it doesn't have to be one side. My I do will not be hallow. I still love you Keiji. If gladly change that last name "
A few weeks later they eloped Keiji's stone heart finally breaking. Opening itself up to love everyone and anyone. Idalia was finally fully happy. She had both parents. Life was great. And they finally got the happy ending they both wanted.
