chapter 12||comfort crowd

Jisung sat in his seat nervously bouncing his leg up and down waiting for Felix to show up.

He was so touched by what Felix wrote about him in his letter. He really needed to talk to him.

He heard the final bell ring making him slump down as he doesn't see any signs of Felix showing up.

"Guess he's not coming." He mumbled pouted.

He watched as the teacher walked in Felix following in behind him making Jisung sit up straight. (Can Jisung even do straight? Lol)

"Okay class I know this is sudden but we're going to have a seating change." The teacher spoke. Some students grumbled others were thrilled.

Everyone began to file in front of the class where the teacher had prepared seat numbers.

Jisung sat frozen in his seat why was Felix with the teacher? Why did the teacher suddenly decide to change seats? Why was his chest hurting so much as he watched Felix sit next to lia.

He kind of felt like Felix was avoiding him. But he wrote so many nice things about him in his letter so why?

Flashback (juyeon's plan.)

Juyeon loved Eric more than anything in this world therefore he would do anything for Eric, which meant he had to keep Felix, Eric's best friend in the world happy. Which is why he had to help said best friend from sitting next to han Jisung in class so he created a plan said plan had to do with Felix's homeroom teacher.

"Mr. Kim!" Juyeon yelled after the teacher who was heading to his classroom.

"Yes juyeon-ssi?" The teacher raised an eyebrow at his former student. "Can I help you with something?"

Juyeon smirked. "Yes actually can you change lee Felix's seat in your homeroom?" He asked.

"Let me think about it," the teacher pretended to be thinking hard. "Hmm, how about no." He said with a straight face.

"Well that's too bad," juyeon started smirk present on his face. "Guess I'll have to tell everybody about the budding romance between Mr. Kim and Mr. Jung" the teacher blushed.

He cleared his throat before speaking."I can't just change one student seat." He scoffed.

"So change them all." Juyeon smiled.

"You're terrible." He sighed.

"See ya later Mr. Kim." The boy waved running to his own class.

End of flashback.

"Little shit." Mr kim mumbled under his breath as the seating arrangements were finished.

"Wow juyeon hyung is amazing." Felix said.

"Hi," the girl beside Felix spoke. "I'm lia." She held out her hand for him to shake. "Felix." The pair shook hands.

"I know," she smiled. "I think this is the first time we've spoken despite being in the same class." She laughed.

"I don't really talk much." Felix began playing with his fingers. "Yeah, I noticed." He nodded making her laugh. "Well since it's self-study time, do you wanna study together?" She smiled brightly. "Sure." The two began studying talking about random stuff sometimes enjoying each others company.

Jisung watched the two interact from the back of the class where his new seat was located. He felt a weird feeling in the pit of his stomach as he watched Felix laugh happily as he spoke with the girl.

"Stare any harder and their heads might explode." He seat partner smirked. "I wasn't staring." The boy next to him scoffed.  "Sure you weren't." Jisung turned to face him. "How about you mind your own business hwiyoung." He huffed. "No, I don't really want to." He laughed as Jisung glared at him.

"So what's the deal," hwiyoung asked making Jisung confused. "Between you and Felix?" Jisung blushed. "Nothing's going on, I don't know what you mean." Hwiyoung rolled his eyes. "Oh please, you're looking at him like he's an angel or something."

"You mean kind of like how you look at taeyang hyung?" Jisung smirked when hwiyoung was the one to blush.

"Shut up!" He whisper-shouted. "Let's just get to work." Jisung laughed at the other.

As timed passed Jisung became more restless, impatiently waiting for the class to end so he could talk with Felix . When the bell rang Jisung quickly packed his things rushing to get a chance to speak with Felix. He saw the other boy was already gone from the classroom, he quickly rushed out into the halls looking for Felix but he couldn't find him.

With Felix.

Felix was out the door as soon as the bell rang quickly trying to get away from Jisung who he had done a good job avoiding so far. Felix met up with juyeon and Eric making sure he stayed close to them so he wouldn't encounter the other boys he was trying to avoid.

"Hey," he said as he caught up with the pair. "I don't know what you did but thank you so much hyung." Juyeon smiled and ruffled his hair. "No problem bokkie." Eric smiled at the two boys. "Look at my two favorite boys getting along." He squealed happily making Felix roll his eyes. "So what's the rest of the plan hyung?" Felix looked at juyeon. "The rest?" Felix and Eric looked at the older expectingly. "Yeah he still needs to avoid five other guys." Eric said like it was the most obvious thing ever. "Um well do you have any classes with the others?" The older asked. "Yeah I've got class with both minho and hyunjin in another hour." Juyeon nodded thinking. "Since I also share that class with you I'll stay by your side so they don't bother you." Eric and Felix smiled. "Great idea hyung." Juyeon felt proud being praised by the two younger boys. "And then?" Eric asked. "Then?" Juyeon looked confused. "What happens after that class, he still has a tutor session with Seungmin not to mention the fact he could run into any of them at lunch." Panic began to show on Felix's face which juyeon immediately took notice of. "Okay just skip the session today," Felix nodded. "And as for lunch me and Eric will stick to you like glue and you can stay with my friends as well." This seemed like a good plan which caused Felix to relax. "Thanks so much guys." The boys smiled at him. "No problem, today we'll be your comfort." Felix mind was set at ease thanks to the two standing in front of him.

"lix?" A voice spoke from behind the group.

He turned around reluctantly, standing behind him was seo Changbin aka jisung's and chan's best friend. "Hey hyung." Felix said nervously he didn't know what Changbin was going to say to him. Meanwhile Eric and juyeon were staring at the shorter male intensely. "Can we help you?" Juyeon asked unsure of what the boy wanted. Changbin cleared his throat feeling slightly uncomfortable. "I just wanted to see if lix was feeling better." The three boys unknowingly relaxed at changbins words."oh I'm fine now hyung thanks for asking." The older smiled. "So do you wanna have lunch with us—" Eric quickly cut him off before Felix got worked up. "Actually he's having lunch with us today, sorry" Changbin nodded in understanding also feeling kind of confused at the quickness of the response. "Well okay maybe next time." Felix smiled. "Maybe." The boy waved. "Well see ya later." He left making the others sigh in relieve.
"Woah, that was close." He looked at his friends. "I don't know what I would do without you guys." The couple patted him on his shoulders. "We've also got your back." They said as the bell rang making them separate so they could head off to class.
