chapter 2 || you know me?

Felix

My day started the same as usual with the exception that Eric wasn't around today because he hadn't felt well, leaving me completely alone in the hell that is known as highschool.

I walked slower than usual today. It was always weird for me when Eric wasn't by my side, I mean we've practically been glued to the hip since middle school so it's always weird for the both of us when we aren't around each other even for a day.

"Eric, why'd you have to be sick on a weekday," I opened my locker sadly. "Why couldn't you get sick during the weekend, now I'm all alone." I closed my locker after grabbing my textbooks.

As I walked down the hallway I kept my eyes down. I don't know why but whenever I walked the hallways alone it felt like everyone had their eyes on me, leaving me with unwanted anxiety.

"Watch out!" A voice yelled from behind me. I felt my head come in contact with something extremely hard.

"Shit, are you okay?" I heard another voice above as I suddenly was on the ground.

"Felix?" I looked up at the voice who called my name, it was a voice I hadn't recognized. "Felix, are you okay?" The voice asked again as my vision started to become more clear I finally saw the owner of the unfamiliar voice.

It was that guy I ran into the other day, changbin? Yeah. Changbin. "Dude," another voice said from above me. "Do you need to go to the nurse?" I recognized the voice as bang Chan.

"Felix?" Changbin called again. Wait. How does he know my name? We've never talked before. "Do you want to go to the nurse?" He asked pulling me from my thoughts.

"N-no," I looked up at the two boys. "I-i'm fine." I said shyly. "Dude your forehead is bleeding." Chan pointed out, I lightly touched my forehead after seeing the blood on my finger I winced.

"We're taking you to the nurse." They gently pulled me to my feet, I then noticed what I had ran into. It was changbin's locker. He pulled my arm like I was the most fragile thing on Earth as we walked down the hall to the nurse's office, Chan following behind us quietly.

Surprisingly changbin stayed with me the entire time I was in the nurse's office, Chan of course had to go to class.

"Okay, Felix I think you're good to go back to class now." The nurse said after letting me lay down for a while so I didn't get a headache and putting a bandage on my forehead.

"Thank you." I bowed to the nurse as I left the bed, changbin who had been sitting in the chair by the bed the entire time stood up as well.

"Be more careful, okay?" The nurse lightly pat me on the back. "Okay." I bowed again, leaving the room with changbin.

"Do you need me to walk you to class?" He asked suddenly making me shy. "N-no i-i'm o-okay." He grabbed my hand gently. "I'm walking you to class." He said sternly.

"D-do y-you e-even kno-ow w-where my class i-is?" I questioned him shaking, he paused. His ears turning a light shade of pink. "Well, no but it doesn't matter because I'll still walk you." He looked at me, waiting.

"Room?"

"G-23"

"Let's go." He grabbed my hand and pulled me down the hallway.

I don't know why but my heart was beating out of my chest as he held my hand. My stomach got this weird sensation, it was.... different.

"Here we are." Changbin announced as we stood in front of the closed door. I didn't even notice we stopped.
