And then it was six thirty and I just came out of the shower,Ana came around five to help me pick an outfit. I've been having second thoughts about this night but then the girls convinced me otherwise.

"Lucy just texted me,she's already at the party." Ana informs me.

"Okay, so is it gonna be a big deal if we late?" I ask her.

"I'm also a first year student,I wouldn't know but I doubt it." She says while she laughs at both our cluelessness.

Back home I would go out with Jessica to parties and clubs, anytime is always tea time. We would party all weekend knowing that Monday is school, my parents never had a problem with it because my marks at school where always up. I was the schools top learner, Jess on the other hand comes from a rich family and her parents are never home. Her marks weren't so great but she still passed.

So things could be different here in England, with all the English people you would never know. I've already met two rude people and two nice people,so far so good.

"So what are you wearing.? She asks me while she goes through my clothes in the closet. She on the other hand is wearing  black leather pants and a black crop top, marching them with white converse.

"I'm not sure yet." I'm still wearing a towel while I go to the closet where she is.

"You have nice clothes, I think this red number will do." She takes out my red dress which just goes until on top of my knees,it has thin stripes.

"Thats not for a party." I say so while I take out my black jeans which go with a belt and a black silk top." Now this is for a party." I match them together with black stilletos.

"Black must be your color." Ana says to me.

"Black ke color ya manyora." I say those famous words from my country about the color black.

"What was that?" Ana looks surprised at my words and I laugh at her.

"It just means black is a color for the brave." I explain to her.

"Never mind that, get ready its already half past seven." She explains to me as I take off my towel and get into my clothes.

............................

Ana had to drag me out of my room because out of nowhere I decided to stay back and not go. But she was just too strong for me, so here I am now sitting with a bunch of drunk teenagers trying to enjoy life.

"Do you want some beer Manda?" Lucy asks me, she's so intoxicated.

"Sure that sounds great." I answer her.

I look at her as she disappears through the crowded people. Everyone is in their own conversation talking about this and that,I just want to be in my bedroom with my PJ's on.

"There comes queen Hailey, bow down to her ladies and gentlemen." Someone says among our group as we at turn to the direction she's looking at.

There she is, the same girl I bump into early on,just my luck. She walks to another group with her minions which only has five guys. They all look like rich snobs, perfect combination.

"Why does she keep forcing herself onto Mason." The same girl says,I got to learn that her name is Meghan, she's from around here and she's not Hailey's fan.

"Who is Mason?" I ask them and they all look at me like I'm crazy.

"You kidding right?" Lucy asks." I mean I know you're from Africa and all but everybody knows the Springler's,not the Jerry Springler's but the Minister Springler." She tries explaining to me but still it doesn't ring a bell.
