"Ready girls let's go, come on in!" Abby said as we walked into the studio, "Well you thought you were going home after Lake Tahoe. And here we are back in L.A."

"I have a big surprise, it's very exciting. Before I get into that you notice there's no pyramid, yes?" She said as the moms clapped

"Everybody's in a straight line, cause here in L.A it's not really about the talent. It's about the look." She added

Quinn interview

"I'm happy we're all in a straight line, instead of the pyramid. This way no one is being brought down and we're all equal." I smiled

"I'm ready to uh talk a little about the surprise. This is L.A. the best people in the world come here, they're all dying for the same job. Every body wants to be a star, you are going to get the opportunity to audition for a major music video." She told us as we all got excited screaming

As she continued "I don't know whose gonna get I don't know if all of you are gonna get it. Or just some of you, it's not up to me I don't make the decisions. So it's every man for himself."

"Tomorrow instead of rehearsal we will be having a class. I'm gonna teach a hip hop combination since the audition is going to be hip hop." She explained while we nodded

Abby was showing us the hip hop moves as I was holding in a laugh at how she looked.

Time skip

We arrived at the audition it was people everywhere. I was standing near Maddie as the guy showed us all the moves. It was difficult at first but once I remembered it I was having less of a hard time.

Little bit after we were holding our head shots as Abby talked to us quietly in the room. "Girls this is a chance of a lifetime yes? There aren't any second chances, the very first impression is the most important one. Do you understand that?" She asked us as we nodded

Some of us went had to improve in a room, that wasn't as full when we learned the dance. It was just small groups.

After we did the we were called we were called in individually as group. Not the other kids who auditioned as well.

"Hi everybody I'm Julie McDonald, and I'm the co-owner of MSA. McDonald Selznick Associates, so we've seen a lot of dancers, that come through our agency. One thing that your learning about is that rejection is a huge part of the business." She said as I got a little nervous as to what she was trying to tell us.

"There's a number of things we look for at an audition, and it's not always about dance technique." Another lady spoke up

"There's a commercial aspect that we look for, dance ability. And your presence and how you adapt. As we always say as you walk home from the very first moment into the audition. We do take notice." She finished when a guy started speaking

"But we do have amazing news for all of you ladies, and that is there is a new upcoming pop Star. That has a music video coming up, and there looking for a a dance girl group. And we all think that you ladies will be perfect for that." He said
