"Ladies let's go come on!" Abby yelled as we walked into the studio, "what's with your shoes?" Abby asked Jill who was wearing boots

"I didn't think you'd mind, I'm on my toes." She said
"The floor is 68,000 dollars, alright first I want to talk about last week. I must say I'm a little disappointed, we were just out danced."

"It's that energy level you can't have a bunch of slugs out onstage. This weekend we will be attending Dance Explosion in Secaucus, New Jersey."

"You're gonna get some heavy hitters there I'm telling you right now. I'm gonna start with the pyramid and first I have Kendall. Kendall I thought you did a nice job you're here because your mother is way too needy."

"Abby that's ridiculous."
"Why isn't she doing a solo? Why isn't she doing a duet? Why doesn't she have a special part?"

"And that's needy? That's inquisitive, why doesn't she have a solo? You're punishing her for something I did."
"Bingo! There you go!"

"Moving in Nia once again I need to see energy, I need to see excitement. Next we have Brooke you're back, but is Brooke really back?"

"Moving on Paige, great job in the tuck. I just need to see you do that throughout all of your dancing. Moving in up the ladder Maddie, you danced well I expect more from you."

"Chloe same thing great performance on stage, you just need to learn to pick up quicker. Mackenzie you placed first with your solo danced beautifully."

"And on top of the pyramid Quinn you were first place with a perfect score of 300. You had 32 points separating you from second place, I expect that from you. And I expect that from the rest of you as well." She sternly as I smiled

I interview
"I'm happy to be at the top of the pyramid I don't know how long since I was last there but it feels nice."

"We will not be doing a group routine this week. Each and every dancer will be doing a solo, it's every man for himself. This your chance to shine, and for one time only you all get to get out with the costumes."

"You're gonna come to me show me what you have, and I can veto it or I can accept it."

"Now Maia this isn't new for you since I have you make Quinn's costume anytime she has a solo. So instead of making them all done up and fancy like normal. To give the other moms a fair chance I want you to give Quinn something super simple yet pretty." Abby added as my mom nodded

"And I don't want to see something from any other studios, I want to see you come up with something original. Moms I'm gonna dismiss you at this time, girls spread apart warm up."

Three day to competition

"On that last turn I want you to transition to a hand stand then turn."

"While you're in that point your bottoms foot."

Interview
"My solo is and acro solo called new moon, I like it a lot because it feels really graceful. And the music is like calm no words but there is a piano playing."

"I like it very beautiful and elegant, okay Quinn you're finished." She said as I stepped away so the next person could learn their solo.

A day later I think?

Abby had told us the Dance Explosion competition was canceled so we had to go somewhere else to preform.

After a bit Abby called us all into the studio, "Ladies we are going to a competition this weekend. There's a competition in Clute, Texas just outside of Galveston. I want the girls to practice tonight, I'm keeping them here until their dances are perfect."
