Chapter 1 // Legal Murder {♠}

[3rd person]

"Young mistress, your 'siblings' wish to meet with you to discuss the 'mice' infestation."

On a sunday afternoon, the start of the week, the young mistress already has many things to attend to. But because Lady Isabelia wants to deal with the problem immediately, she has requested a meeting for the three.

"They already know that I have lots of things to do, yet they still suggest to meet?" Avi says, slightly irritated.

"Let them know i'll be ready by sundown."

The carriage has arrived in front of the Blackwell manor. The young mistresses step down from the carriage and enter the manor.

Chlonette,"Oh my, Avi why is everyone wearing black and white? Has there been a funeral?"

As the two enter the manor, all of the servants are bowing in respect to the two young mistresses, as a sign of respect. It is always important to make your guests feel comfortable when entering your manor. The servants as a sign that they are ready to service the three.

"Louis prepare our tea and get the 'playroom' ready." Avi says.

The three are walking towards the playroom, while being guided by Louis.

"Chlonette, have you found a place to stay?" Isabelia says, not wanting to seem ignorant.

Chlonette,"Yes, I have. But unfortunately, it does not serve me all my needs"

Isabelia,"Ah, also I would like to say that I have found a lead for the mice infestation."

Avi,"splendid."

The three have reached the playroom. "Please enter and enjoy yourselves" Louis says quickly, wanting to get the tea ready.

The walls are plain white, while the gold borders and embellishments stand out. "Ah so you actually have a room that isn't pure black." Isabelia says, making fun of the resident who lives in the manor.

"Watch your words Belia, you know Avi is sensitive to the way you say statements that are towards her." Chlonette says mockingly.

It is obvious that the two are mocking the girl, but none of them are affected by this. The three are literally as close as siblings, they even act like it.

The door opens, and Louis enters the room while pushing a cart filled with desserts and tea. Because they are still 'children' the three enjoy sweets

Louis,"I have your evening tea ready, my Ladies"

While serving the tea, the three continue their conversation.

"I have my gifts prepared for you" Isabelia says sounding excited. "Would you like to see?"

"I appreciate it Belia, but please let's get down to business shall we?" Avi says, really wanting to end this quickly.

Chlonette scoffs,"You never change do you, Avi?"

The chatter coming from the playroom can be heard from the other side of the hallway. As the 'triplets' continue to discuss certain matters, they start to get bored.

Isabelia,"Honestly, we don't have any leads and the Queen won't even tell us where the infestation started."

During the time, the Queen gave them the letter regarding the infestation the three were struggling with in their own lives. For example, during that time a fire arose in a forest near where Lady Chlonette lives. Of course, the three were able to find out where it had began and who did it.
