My forehead slightly creased when I received a dm on twitter, on my writing account. It's from Maia, also a writer that I'm kind of friends with. And older sister siya ni Fal... 

maiaaa:

hey, wanna go around katip?

arkifiles:

sure! may ganap?

maiaaa:

nooo, walang ganap. are you free rn?

arkifiles:

yeah, what time ba?

maiaaa:

 in 20 mins?

arkifiles:

okay, kita nalang tayo sa isang fast food?

maiaaa:

yes, do you eat jollibee? im kinda craving for it kasi kanina pa

arkifiles:

that's my fav!

maiaaa:

same!! doon nalang tayo

arkifiles:

okay, i'll wait for u there nalang 

May kaunti pa naman akong gagawin sana pero I really don't wanna say no. I'm a little bit nervous because she's already a few years older than me. Her mere prescense screams class which made her a little intimidating. She's a Licensed Architect, and a bonus is that she's really good looking. There's really nothing not to admire. 

Since sa Jollibee lang naman yata kami, hindi na ako nag-abala na umuwi sa condo para magpalit ng damit. I've met Maia before, a lot of times na actually, and she's nice naman. 

Mia and Maia's name are kind of confusing noon when we're not that close pa and I even thought na iisang tao lang sila! 

Okay naman na siguro itong suot ko. Plain white shirt that's tucked inside my high waist maong shorts and white strap sandals. May dala rin ako na tote bag in the color white and it has a minimalist design. 

I drove to Jollibee and after few minutes ay nakarating na rin ako. Hindi ko alam kung anong gusto niya na food dito kaya bumili nalang ako ng Jolly Hotdog, Yum Burger, Yum Burger with cheese, large fries and iced tea for her. Habang ang sa akin naman ay Jolly Hotdog, fries, and iced tea. 

I have no idea why I'm nervous because we had few interactions naman na and during thosee time, I can feel no trace of nervousness. 

Few moments later, dumating na rin siya. She's wearing maong pants, white sleeveless cropped top, and white sneakers. I saw that he has a designer sling bag hanging on her right shoulder. Buti nalang at hindi siya naka semi-formal kagaya ng palagi niyang suot sa trabaho kasi baka mahiya ako.
