The 12-year-old Elle has lived at the orphanage since she was 3 years old. she has trust issues, Borderline, and anxiety, one day Bryce Hall comes in to adopt her, but a lot of things happen.
we run down again laughing "what was that about?" Vinnie asks "nothing" i say and jump onto the couch "im gonna get a shirt but meet me in the car" Vinnie says and throw his keys at me "which one is yours?" i ask "the gray tesla" Vinnie says "boring" i say before walking out the door, i feel my phone vibrate in my pocket several times
i look back and see the black customized jeep, i wave and run to the car "wheres Vinnie?" i ask "he needed to take a bath but do you have his keys" Chase says "yup right here" i say and show them "i have an idea for your next prank on him " Chase says and we smirk together
*time skip to when we arrive at the school*
"see you at Sway later, do you know what your part of the plan is?" i ask "yup, go in, distract them, play some high music and when the doorbell rings i run out" Chase says, i hug him before running in. "hey Bub" Payton says and hug me "hi Bestie" Lilli says and hug us "you can't hug without me" Lev says and join too "it's today we have the presentation of our project" Lev says and i feel my anxiety, everyone except for me and Payton goes in the class "hey Elle, i know what you're thinking, if you get anxious just look at me okay" Payton says and look at my eyes "okay" i say and look up "gimme a kiss" Payton says in a funny voice and i chuckle before pecking his lips, we walk in together and i dump down into my chair, we still have 5 minutes before class starts so i quickly post on Instagram
i put my phone down just as our English teacher comes in "goodmorning Class, today we are presenting our groupwork and we will start with Elles group" she says, i feel a hand on my hand and look up "you got this Elle, just look at me" Payton whisper, i give him a smile before walking up to the front of the class "hi, we decided to make a presentation about orphanages, cause as some of you guys may know me and Lilli are both from the same orphanage and we think its an important topic cause kids that have no parents deserves a bed, warm food and water, comfy clothes and people that care about them, the orphanage me and Lilli was on was a fantastic orphanage, we was 3 or 4 girls sharing a room, we got 3 meals every day, the orphanage had a school and we could be outside whenever we wanted, no kids got hurt and we all felt like we had a family" i say and take a deep breath, Payton gives me thumbs up and i chuckle, the rest of the Presentation goes smooth. everyone clap and i sit down again,
now its Paytons group "h-i, we cho-o-se di-ivo-o-rce" Payton stutter, he looks at me and i mouth you can do it, just look at me with my mouth, he takes a deep breath and start again "we have chosen divorce cause we think its important for people to know about, Divorce is when your parents decide they cant be in a relationship anymore, then they start moving out, arguing, signing papers, and then there's the kid standing in the orcan eye of all this mess, that's not a fun place to be in, and then sudden your whole life is changed, you have two rooms, two homes, maybe you can only see one of your parents in the holidays cause they live in the other end of the country" he says, damn that's my man?! "you did so good" i whisper as he sits down "thanks for the advice, i was seriously on the step to break down" Payton says and chuckle
*time skip to lunch break*
"we should eat outside in the sunny weather" i say and run outside "we should do a tiktok" Lilli says.
