That night was very awkward between Nick and I. I honestly wanted to bury my head in the sand just so my eyes couldn't physically wonder over to gaze at him. We had all set up our tents and as you probably guessed most of the couples were sharing, let's not get into why, but of course I didn't want to share one with Nick since our whatever that was I begged Chloe to let me share with her, which surprisingly she accepted.  We were all currently seated around the camp fire I was seated infront of a log with my back up against it next to Chloe, Nick was across the fire sitting on a rock him and Jarrod had hauled over from the miniature forest, Emma was lying on the ground with her head in Tom's lap, Genna and Bronson were sitting behind me on the log I was leaned up against and Jecinta was perched in Kyle's lap drawing circles in the ground on top of a sleeping bag.

"It's so peaceful here." Chloe signed closing her eyes. I nodded my head slowly and agreed as my eyes once again shifted to Nick. He seemed awful troubled by what I could already guess was our moment before. His dirty blonde hair was scuffed around like he was tired and warn out, which was explainable due to our enormous adventure that took place not even three hours ago. Suddenly Nick must have realised that I was staring at him as his gaze shifted from the round to my direction as he looked me straight in the eye. I quickly averted my gaze from him to look over Emma at the miniature forest that lay behind her. I saw Emma cock her eyebrow upwards in a questioning class and I just shook my head at her, begging her not to make this anymore awkward then what it already was. But asking Emma to do that wasn't in her vocabulary.

"Sooooooooo" Emma spoke up causing everyone to look around wondering what had happened to make such a tense atmosphere.

"What does everyone want to do when they leave school?" Nick piped up avoiding Emma to make things worse, but also allowing me to look at him from through the flame light.

"I would love to be a model." Chloe smiled shyly.

"You have the perfect body for it." Bronson winked causing Genna to glare at Chloe and slap Bronson upside the head.

"I would still really like to be a vet and marry this one." Emma smiled brightly nudging Tom with her leg.

"I'd go wherever she goes." Tom smiled back at Emma causing Genna to look angrily at the ground.

"I would like to be a football player." Jarrod added flexing his muscles and flipping his hair.

"I think an actor is the career path I would go for; I mean you get the fame, the money, all the guys." Jecinta laughed.

"Drag racer for sure." Kyle smiled fist pumping Jarrod through mid air.

"I want to be a playboy model." Genna smirked eating the cherry in her hand very seductively. I laughed and looked at Nick.

"I'd love to be a writer, but of course that takes quite a while to get a name for yourself so I think a nurse is what my aim is. Nick you haven't said anything." I said softly biting my lip in anticipation.

"I don't know. All I know is that I was this." Nick spoke up looking straight at me causing me to go red and my eyes to grow wider.  "I mean this place is so amazing and I just want this to last forever." He said recovering himself from the questioning glances that were made by the rest of the group between Nick and I.
