Where It All Began

Chapter 4

"Pick your jaws off the ground; we got a long bumpy walk down." Nick shouted from the edge of the mountain. I walked over next to him and looked down, like Nick had said it was a rocky path of jagged rocks and a steep path going down. I winced just thinking of going down that thing, let alone coming back up. Suddenly I felt arms go around my waist and slightly jerked me forward, making me think they were going to push me over the edge. I screamed and clung onto the person behind me tightly shutting my eyes. I heard laughter erupted around me and I turned to see Nick behind me. 

"You Jerk!" I screamed and punched his hard chest.

He laughed as a response as I pushed him away and walked away from the edge.

The bus took off after that to drop the rest of the other students off at their locations.

"So how are we going to get all this luggage down the mountain?" Jarrod asked flicking his perfect brown shaggy hair out of his eyes.  

"I guess we could just carry it down, but then when we get to rocks like that we could send someone down ahead and throw them down." Nick said pointing to a large rock. Everyone nodded agreeing.

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I CAN'T CARRY THIS?!" Tia cried out dragging her massive suitcase and dumping it as she finished.

"What have you got in there?" Gen asked with wide eyes as she crept towards her suitcase with a cigarette between her lips unlighted.

"Just stuff." Tia blushed.

"Knowing Tia it's stuff she doesn't need." I smirked then turned to Genna who was about to light her cigarette, "Gen put that away before I destroy your lighter."

Genna hissed at me, but put it away anyway.

Tia's blush turned darker at my words.

Tia had a habit of over packing for things, I guess that's why we all starting callin her Barbie, with her blonde hair and her gorgeous brown eyes. Emma bounced over to Jecinta's suitcase after pulling away from her snog fest with Tom. It made me sick to think of how he can pretend like he never even cheated on such an amazing girl like Emma, not to mention keep it from her!

"A dressing gown, really Tia?" Emma said shocked as she held the fluffy pink gown in her possession.

"And slippers?!" Chloe shrieked with a giggle, breaking her quietness.

"Well if Barbie were real, I'd say we found her." Nick joked winking at Tia making her turn into a tomato.

"Jess, we're going to have to rearrange her stuff." Emma sighed putting the gown back.

I smiled and nodded walking over to where Jecinta's stuff was to get started.

"Are you sure we have time, we could just leave it here." Bronson whined as he plonked himself on a rock.

"Oh shut up Bronson!" Genna snapped ditching a honky nut at him, which completely missed him and hit Jarrod. Jarrod groaned and rubbed his head where the honky nut had collided and Genna giggled and apologized.

10 minutes later we had Jecinta's bag fully rearranged putting some of her stuff in everyone else's packs so it wasn't too much weight for her to carry.

"Alright lets go." Nick cheered clapping his hands together as he took charge going first down the path as we all followed him down.

The walk was dreadful though I guess that's mainly because at home I would sit around eating and playing around with my tumblr account.
