Ch. 10 "revealed"

Autumn POV

Me, T'Challa and Shuri were in the lab, I was sitting on a table swinging my legs band and forth as I munched on a cracker Shuri gave me,

They were talking as I munched on the food,

Finally after all their whispering and talking T'Challa decided to take me with him,

I was holding his hands as we walked he was dressed as black Panther again, Okoye we were at the border,

"Why are we here?" I asked

"Poachers have been spotted little one, and I would have loved to leave you with Shuri but she insisted on me taking you with," T'Challa said

I nodded,

He kneeled in front of me,

"Now I want you to stay with Okoye until I'm done alright," He said putting both of his hands on my small shoulders,

I nodded,

my hand was now in Okoye's hand we watched as he ran off,

I was getting Nervous sure I just met the man but since he's been my only protector since mommy, I get extremely anxious when he's not nearby,

Then we hear gunshots,

I looked up at Okoye worried,

"Do not worry our King knows what he's doing," She said

I listened for T'Challa,

I closed my eyes to focus,

I found sounds of owls hooting, crickets chirping,

some animals snoring since it is dark out,

I slowly turn my head to try to focus in, then I found him,

"Haha, Any last words Black Panther?" A man said

My eyes shot open,

"No!" I said running towards the sounds,

"Autumn!" I hear Okoye yell

Think big! Think big! I thought

Perhaps I should explain, I can umm, transform into any animal I wish, I just never do it often I don't see no need for it,

I finally transformed picking up speed on four paws, feeling the wind run through my fur,

I see T'Challa in view he was on the ground, kneeling as he held his side,

Just as the men were about to finish him off, I jumped over him snarling

"A Cheetah kill it!" The man said

I jumped at him bitting his wrist making him let go of the weapon,

The next one went to shoot and I took him down,

Then the next, and the next until they were all on the ground groaning in pain,

T'Challa looked stunned

I slowly approached him, I pressed my furry cheek against his as I purred,

"Thank you," He said

Oh right he probably doesn't know,

I focused on my form and turned back,

He looked at me like I had three heads,

He stood in shock for a moment,

"Autumn.. your... your..?" He said not getting the words out,

"Yeah," I said smiling at him sheepishly

T'Challa stood up taking a jacket off of one of the men covering my entire body, since I'm kind of in my birthday suit,

"Autumn we are going to have to talk about this once we get back," He said lifting me in his arms,

"Why?" I said tilting my head,

"Because that was extremely dangerous," He said

"But I'm glad you are unharmed," He said
