||For the two of us, home isn't a place. It is a person. And we are finally home - Stephanie Perkins||
Willow sat in the waiting area of the police station, flicking through a magazine she had found. She glanced down at her wrists, frowning at the swelling red marks that she had gotten from the night before. She began to listen to a conversation at the front desk out of complete boredom.
"Excuse me, Officer?" The woman, who we all know is our beloved Allison Chesnut, asked. The officer seemed very unamused and uninterested in the conversation. "I've been waiting for two hours, I would like to know what's happened to my husband"
"Name?" The officer asked.
"Chestnut. Raymond Chestnut" Allison replied, interlocking her hands together in annoyance and trying to keep as calm as possible.
"He's here. In processing" the officer replied.
"Yes, I know, I would like to speak with him" she responded.
"You his lawyer?" the officer asked.
"No, I'm his wife" Allison replied.
"Then take a seat" The officer told her, signaling over to where Willow sat. Allison sighed in annoyance at the unfair treatment but complied, sending the officer a glare before turning on her heel.
"Honor and dignity" She muttered to herself as she sat down across from her future sister in law.
"Do these cops really deserve that though?" Willow asked, looking up from her magazine and over at Allison.
"Probably not" Allison agreed, noticing how the woman looked almost completely out of place in the Dallas Police Station, with her long platinum blonde hair and expensive outfit and jewelry, she definitely did not belong there.
"I'm Willow" she introduced herself, sticking out her hand. Allison looked slightly taken aback by her friendliness, but took her hand anyway.
"Allison Chestnut" She replied, shaking her hand.
"What did your husband do?" Willow asked before glancing around the waiting area. "To end up in a place like this"
"Well, he didn't do anything. I kicked a guy out of our salon since he was threatening us and Ray got arrested" Allison replied and Willow shook her head in disagreement.
"I hate these cops, always accusing the wrong people" Willow muttered.
"Why are you here?" Allison asked, trying to make conversation while she waited for her husband.
