You heard a soft knocking on your window, as you open your eyes you realized it's still pitch black out. As you got up rubbing your eyes, you noticed a figure standing out your window. Your first instinct was to grab the lamp you had turned on to use as a weapon, even though you already had your quirk. To be fair you were half asleep.
"y/n it's me," you heard coming from the figure outside on your balcony.
"Shinso what the fuck," you said a bit too loud as you open the window, still holding the lamp.
He held up his finger to his lips, telling you to shut up. "Don't hurt me I just brought you some food," he motions to the bag of McDonalds in his hand.
You rolled your eyes but let him in, letting him stay out there in the cold would seem cruel, but then again you were contemplating it.
You both sat down on the bed once you threw off your plushies to make space for him. Only baddies sleep with their stuffed animals.
"I saw you looked wrecked when you came in, and you didn't eat dinner so I thought I could cheer you up," he said while taking all the food out.
"Wow, you sure know how to make someone feel special," You huffed. "Did I really look that bad?" He just nodded and chuckled. You each ate a happy meal and shared an oreo McFlurry. After eating you excused yourself to shower and get rid of all the filth of the day.
Once you were out and dressed, you guys started talking about anything and everything after he made fun of your plush collection. Shinso's the only guy that isn't family that you'd let in your room, the only guy you trusted, he was your best friend after all.
"Hey wanna watch a show? I won't be able to go back to sleep after eating all that," you joked with him. "Maybe that was my plan all along," he mischievously said while rubbing his hands together.
You rolled your eyes at the troll doll and bring your laptop to your bed, pulling up Hulu. You guys start watching Vampire Knight, you were obsessed with shojo anime so you forced Shinso to watch with you.
"He could just say he loves her already," Shinso said rolling his eyes at the white haired character. "Stop complaining it's a good anime." you said while throwing a stuffed animal at his face.
Hours passed with you two watching the anime, unconsciously you found yourself leaning against Shinso while sleeping. You felt safe around him, he wasn't like the guys in your school back in America. You realized this after sharing a friendship for two months now.
SHINSO'S POV
You look down at the small person sleeping against my shoulder, they looked so at peace. You always noticed they were on edge everyday despite their beautiful smile and weird laugh.
You reached over slowly to pause the episode you were watching before they knocked out. You gingerly set them down on their pillow and pulled the blankets on top of them.
You were about to leave until you remember the fact they texted you every night they had nightmares. This time you wanted to be there if they had another, so you got under the covers laying next to them.
You looked at their soft expressions as they were deep in sleep. You brushed the hair out of their face and planted a soft kiss on their forehead.
I love them too much for my own good. Am I crazy?
You slowly dozed off, this was the only time you ever went to sleep this early, considering it was 2am.
