In Marinette's house, Gina put the finishing touches on the ratatouille before serving everyone.

Tom: Smells good.

Gina: Thank you, Tom. It's almost done. Just gotta check on the meat. *She goes in the oven and sees how the roast is doing.*

Tom: You made roast?

Gina: Yes, I did. It should be done in 5 minutes.

Tom: Kids, while we wait for dinner to be ready, why don't you help set the table?

Bridgette: Okay.

Marin: Okay.

Timmy: Okay. *They go to the kitchen and get plates, cups, utensils, and napkins and set the table.*

Gina: Where's Marinetta?

Tom: I'm sure she's somewhere. She'll come soon.

Gina: Okay. *She put the pan on the stove and wash her hands. Then, the door opened. It was Marinette and Luka.*

Tom: There they are. Luka, are you staying for dinner too?

Luka: Yeah. I asked my mom if I can stay for dinner and she said it was fine.

Gina: Roast is done.

Tom: Good. Everyone has a seat, dinner's all ready. *They all sit down, Tom pours water from the pitcher into everyone's cup, and he lends Sabine a water bottle.*

Sabine: Thank you, Tom.

Tom: You're welcome. *Gina gets a wooden spoon and she serves everyone some ratatouille first.*

Marinette: It's okay.

Gina: Marin, you out of school now?

Marin: Yep. Just waiting for the fall semester to start.

Gina: That's nice. *She eats some ratatouille.* Luka, how about you?

Luka: I'm doing okay. I start college in the fall.

Gina: That's wonderful. Bridgette, how's it back home? I heard what happened to Evelyn. I'm sorry for your loss.

Bridgette: It's okay. I miss her too. She was my favorite aunt. Can't believe she's gone. *She takes another bite of ratatouille and Timmy eats some too.*

Tom: We all miss her too. Especially your aunt.

Sabine: It's alright. We gotta move to past this kind of stuff. *She munches on the ratatouille some more.*

Marinette: She said she died in her sleep, right?

Tom: Yes.

Marinette: Think she might have a stroke or something?

Tom: You know, come to think of it, maybe. We don't know.

Gina: Well, your uncle died in his sleep. Doctors said he had a stroke.

Timmy: Uncle Hubert?

Gina: Yes. He was 45 when he died. I wanna hear from Luka. What's been going on with you?

Luka: Well, my dad's here.

Gina: Your dad?

Luka: Yeah. There's something I don't wanna talk about.

Gina: I'm sorry to hear that.

Luka: It's okay.

Timmy: Finish. *He grabbed a napkin and wipe his face.* Is there dessert?

Tom: Sorry, Timmy. I didn't make dessert. Tomorrow night I will.

Timmy: Okay.

Tom: In the meantime, how about a cookie?

Timmy: Okay.

Tom: I'll give you one. *He gets up and goes to the cookie jar and gets a cookie for Timmy.* Here you go.

Gina: We'll leave at 6. Luka, do you wanna come with us?

Luka: Sure. *He takes another bite of ratatouille.*

Gina: Good. You all finish up and enjoy the time you have left until it's time to go.
