Chapter 71: Getting Max and Nathaniel

In Marinette's room, Ladybug leap through her balcony, and in the skylight, she landed on her bed and down to the floor.

Ladybug: Spots off! *She de-transforms and Tikki hovers next to Marinette, she feeds her a macaroon. Then she get her miracle box and opened it, she look through them and see which one she can use.* Hmm. What can I use? *She sees the Spider watch and the Red Panda drawing glove.* There will do.

Tikki: Who will you give them to, Marinette?

Marinette: Some people I know. Let's go. Tikki, spots on! *She transforms into Ladybug, she goes to her balcony and up in the air. She looked around and look for Max and Nathaniel.*

Ladybug: First up: Max. *She sees him coming from the Video game store.* There he is. *She throws her yoyo out and swings toward him.*

Max: Can't believe I finally saved enough money to get the new Super Mario III. Wonder if Marinette wants to play with me. *Soon, Ladybug landed in front of him.* Ladybug?

Ladybug: Hey, Max. I need your help with this mission. *She opens her yoyo and gets out of the spider watching.* We need Arachnid's help.

Max: Okay. *He take the spider watch and put it on, then Arii appeared.*

Arii: Hello, Max.

Max: Hi, Arii.

Max: Yes. Arii, shoot your web! *He transforms into Arachnid.*

Ladybug: Welcome back, Arachnid. *Soon, Ladybug's yoyo rang. She answered it.*

Mister Quills: Ladybug, we led her to the Louvre. So far everyone has evacuated from the Louvre.

Ladybug: I'll be there soon. *She hangs up her yoyo.* Head to the Louvre, I'll catch up later. *Arachnid nods his head once and he heads to the Louvre.* Time to get Nathaniel. *She throws her yoyo out and swings away.*

In the Louvre, Violet Lantern looks for Luka, but no sign of him.

Violet Lantern: Where did you hide Luka?

Eagle: You think we would tell you? You're outnumbered, Violet Lantern.

Violet Lantern: You can't cut it? Fine. I'm gonna defeat you all and including Ladybug, then I'll go and find him!

Blue Feather: You won't lay a hand on him. *They charge towards Violet Lantern. Outside, Ladybug runs across roofs and lands, she sees Nathaniel at the park, and she goes there.* Nathaniel?

Nathaniel: Ladybug?

Ladybug: Hello, Nathaniel, I got a mission, I'm gonna need your help. If you're up for it.

Nathaniel: Of course. What do you want me to do? *Ladybug opens her yoyo and gets out the drawing glove.*

Ladybug: Nathaniel Kurtzberg, here is the miraculous of the Red Panda, which grants the power of animation. You will use it for the greater good. *Nathaniel nodded once and he take the glove.* Once the job is done, you will return the miraculous to me. Can I trust you?

Nathaniel: Yes, Ladybug. *He put on the glove and Red Panda kwami appeared.*

Mullan: Ni Hao, my name is Mullan, the Red Panda kwami.

Nathaniel: A kwami? What do you do?

Mullan: I give you superpowers like Ladybug and the other heroes.

Nathaniel: Wow. (This is exactly how I picture it.)

Nathaniel: Mullan, come to life! *His glove turned half brown and orange, Mullan go inside his glove and 5 lights appeared, he slide his left hand across his eyes and a bright and dark orange mask appeared, he raise his left arm and make a fist, then made a whole super suit appeared down on his body, he made Red Panda ears appeared on top of his head, a Tail belt chain appeared behind him, a spear appeared and he hold it firmly, twirl it and hold it diagonally.*

Ladybug: Not bad.

???: Just call me Panda Roux.

Ladybug: Come on, we got to get to the Louvre. It's where the others and Violet Lantern are at. *They head to the Louvre.*
